Ed Balls is Copying George Osborne!

Not a policy in sight!

I am watching Ed Balls on the show that the BBC still calls the 'Andrew Marr Show' and I am laughing out loud! This man is incorrigible!  After years of blowing all the public money under Grodon Brown he now says that the Tory austerity policy is correct.  He goes even further because he is trying to blame the Coalition for the state of the country's finances!

He is being skewered by Sophie Rayworth who is valiantly trying to get some sort of future policy out of him.  All he will admit is that he will continue the Osborne policy of cutting public spending. Ha!  In other words the 'Political Class' will continue 'troughing' and the public will continue to lose services. Vote Labour!

Every Sunday morning the BBC parades the usual subjects but even by their standards this morning has been dismal.  Baroness Helena Kennedy is a well known, well connected, socialist millionaire and she shared a sofa wih shameless self publicist Russell Brand!  What can this clown contribute to serious debate?

Nothing changes! Just pay the license fee and we will treat you as idiots. Actually Sophie Rayworth is much better than Andrew Marr and I would like to see her keep the job but please BBC bring on some credible  and sensible contributors.  Of all the mainstream frontline politicians only Nigel Farage has the ability to enthuse because he is the only one on the side of the patriot.

Why will they not follow public opinion?

Today we had the same old, same old, Andrew Marr Show when a long list of socialist sympathisers were, once again, paraded to air their prejudices when clearly people are bored with the whole issue.  In amongst them, a lamb to the slaughter, was a Tory Chancellor of the Exchequer, but not before Marr had his usual spat with Ed Balls.  It is all so contrived that frankly it is a waste of air space.

Then on came George Osborne spouting the same old claptrap. Amazingly the austerity plan that he has personally authorised may have to last longer than he anticipated!  Big deal! Big surprise! The billions they pour down the drain on their EU supporting policies cannot be undone but...wait for it...we can tax more people more often!

When will this bunch of EU supporting Politicians listen to to what the public want?  Clearly it will not happen and so the electorate will once again give up on them.  That is what they want!  They want you not to vote. They thrive on their 15% vote because they know that they can get their core supporters out to keep them in power. These are the very people who are government employees and profit from the non vote.

I will continue to campaign because you should not spoil your ballot, you should not refuse to vote because this is what they want. You should vote against Con/Lab/Lib. They are all against the public. I do not exonerate the Right Wing Tories because if they were honest they would defect from a party that they can no longer support. 

People like Bill Cash clearly does not agree with his leadership but he cannot divorce himself from the gravy train! Neither can David Davis both are dishonest men.

Until some of them find a conscience then we are stuck with a corrupt system.  What we need is a major defection to UKIP from the Cameron led Tories and until we get it things will remain the same and the so called 'eurosceptics' will continue to enjoy their subsidised lifestyle without any conviction.

Taxation and our Chancellor

Today the Daily Express took up the cudgels on behalf of the nations' pensioners. It revealed that pensioners in modern Britain are unfairly taxed in comparison with so many others. I find the whole tax issue vexing having earlier this year been pursued vigorously by the tax authorities on a false premise.


What I cannot understand is why are all the rich people are allowed to employ tax experts so that they can find loopholes which allows them to escape paying their fair share? Why are these loopholes not being closed. If there is a weakness in the system why is it not being  investigated?


We even hear that the BBC (bless 'em) employ a system which enables their high earners to avoid paying the full amount due! This must cease but when do we ever get the Chancellor announcing that he is closing down all tax loopholes? When will the Chancellor start addressing issues which matter to the public? Who gives a monkeys about a Pasty Tax when billions are being lost every year through negligence, incompetence and greed.


We never hear that our contributions to the EU are being slashed. We never hear that International Aid is being slashed and we can afford neither until the economy begins to perform. If these largely useless politicians cannot get the economy going then they should be slashing their own pet projects not punishing the public.


I will repeat however that we voted them in. People like Osborne, Balls, Miliband must really wonder how they continue to gain votes after such miserable achievements. One lot ruined the economy and the other lot cannot rescue it. Still why worry when the pensioners have no redress other than to pay more tax to support bankers who are avoiding it. All in it together Mr Cameron? Not from where most of us stand...get a grip of that bloody Chancellor!

British Politics

It is quite amusing watching events in the UK from afar. British politicians just seem to stumble from catastrophe to mediocrity with far too monotonous regularity.  I fell off my chair into the swimming pool when I read that Harriet Harman confused the Miliband brothers! I mean if ever a leading politician had a care of duty to disseminate between feuding siblings then surely this is the leading case.

Then poor old hapless Red Ed after being coached in waving to his disciples for hours is left high and dry when his key speech is blacked out by technicians as it was carried live by the BBC and SKY!

From what I hear all the former allies of Gordon Brown are rather belatedly standing up and confessing that they ruined the country during their time in government but they want the electorate to give them another chance to finish the job!

I cannot understand how the utterly discredited Labour party have not swept them all away. What for example can Ed Balls contribute after being at the centre of everything that has destroyed the economy of the country.

Thank heavens that I am well away from it all. Well away from the confession from Mrs Balls (Yvette Cooper) that Immigration has driven down living standards. Listen to them all...they are incredible...one after the other apologising for their mess, for their divisiveness, for their social engineering and for being plainly dishonest.

What a shambles this Labour Party conference has become because when you put it all together we can come to the conclusion that they are apologising for failing on almost every account during their thirteen years of government. But then most of us have been reporting that for a very long time.

Yet another massive failure at huge cost to us the taxpayer!

Once again the Public Services bosses have presided over a shambolic Whitehall procurement mechanism when they announce today that the computerisation of the NHS individual health records cannot be achieved. It is further evidence that the mandarins appointed by Common Purpose to run our public services are just not up to the job.


The politicisation of the Civil Service and the huge interference of the costly quangos continues unabated. Remember the boast of Eric Pickles and Danid Cameron before the last election that there would be a 'bonfire of quangos' and the salaries of town hall fat cats would be capped. Well today in the Mail they had a progress report which stated that the much vaunted headline 'bonfire of quangos' had turned into a 'damp squib'. I cannot think of a single policy voiced before the election by David Cameron or his team which has been implemented.


It is happening everywhere and in every case we, the public, pay for the never ending cock-ups. Look at the headlines achieved by the Inland Revenue, the shambolic immigration industry, the NHS or the Care Industry where I hear that Sharon Shoesmith, who presided over the team which allowed 'Baby P' to be tortured and killed, is now in line for a £1 million pound compensation package. This because that atrocious Ed Balls once again failed to follow proper procedure when he sacked her.


I honestly think that the 'Common Purpose' influence has been allowed to gain too strong a foothold. Thousands have gone through their 'matrix' training and many more schoolchildren have attended the 'Your Turn' programme and have by now filled the lucrative quango positions. Until the stranglehold is broken we will never return to the land most of us remember.

Ed Balls

I think that most of us has an opinion about Ed Balls! He comes across as an arrogant bully which may be because he was associated with Gordon Brown. As I write this I am trying to find one redeeming feature which would let him off the hook but frankly Ed Balls is the epitome of the disgust which decent people equate to the Political Class.

Today one of his proteges found herself in court because she presided over a Social Service system which failed to protect a little boy who was horrifically abused by his parents right under the very noses of the people who should have saved him. Everyone knows the case of 'Baby P' and most of us shudder at the ineptitude which allowed the people to torture this little boy.

Today the former head of Haringey Social Services, Sharon Shoesmith, who, in my opinion, was the product of the NoLab/EU production line of useless but financially rewarded 'slaves' won a court verdict which revealed that she was sacked illegally!

The case of 'Baby P' made national headlines. It was horrific! Only the most unfeeling of people would not be ashamed of their part in the death of this little boy. Most of us would crawl into the long grass if we had been part of it but not Sharon Shoesmith. She has been 'unfairly' dismissed and of course legally she was unfairly sacked. Anyone else would die of shame but that brings me back to Ed Balls.

Could any other politician make such a horlicks of the process which required the sacking of an incompetent female? Did he not glance at the rules? Did he not consult a lawyer? He was head of a governmental department which no doubt over employed legal representatives by the dozen but good old Ed did the deed himself to gain the headlines!

Ed Balls fails time after time! He is useless but like so many other failures he is kept alive by the BBC. How can we get rid of them? How can this absolute prat still have support? Sharon Shoesmith, of all people, has just won a  court verdict against him which I suppose just about sums up his judgement. I wonder what his wife (Yvette Cooper) thinks of that?

He apologised!

Ed Balls has just apologised and admitted that the Labour party almost ruined the country in a Parliamentary broadcast on BBC. At last this clown has come clean. They must be absolutely desperate!

Well thanks Ed, thanks for stitching the whole country up! Thanks for squandering our inheritance! Thanks for throwing all our taxes down the drain! Thanks for nothing you bastard!

Ed Balls....in Court?

Ed Balls has been summoned to appear in court for non payment of bills. Apparently he left his constituency office in such a state that it had to be professionally cleaned. Reports state that he has offered to pay the landlord part of the money but the offer was declined; the landlord sounds pretty cheesed off!

Of course it is difficult not to point out that this is not the first time that Balls has left an office in a mess. He really doesn't appear to be very good at sums either personally or professionally.

The point of this post however, is that this man is the Shadow Chancellor of the Exchequer. Has he no pride? Even if he believes that the landlord is out of order he left the mess and so he should pay. The very fact that he is quibbling over a few hundred pounds suggests that he is a bit short of cash. Should we really have a man touting for the position of Chancellor of the Exchequer who cannot manage his own finances?

The point that I don't get is that Alan Johnson was clearly useless even before his wife played away, even Ed Miliband's brother  won't serve with him, Ed himself and wee Dougie Alexander and Jim Murphy couldn't recognise a British army uniform and Yvette Cooper is married to Ed Balls!

These are the elite socialists who want people to elect them to run the country! They succeed Gordon Brown and Tony Blair who were supported by people like Peter Mandelson and John Prescott. All of them have track records for misdemeanour as long as their arms and all of them are elite socialists. I won't go on but the message is obvious...the opposition front bench is without doubt the weakest in the history of our nation.

3000 visitors!

This modest little blog which was born out of my increasing frustration with the Political Class and the European Union has just reached 3000 hits!  Frankly I am astonished because most of the time my ramblings are just a substitute for throwing coffee cups at the telly which I can't afford.

I would also like my grandchildren to know that when blame is apportioned on this generation for the mess we have allowed the country to drift into then they can see for themselves that at least their grandad tried to voice his frustration. I also try to reflect the conversations that I hear all around me.

You see generally most of us agree with each other about the ills within our society. We just don't have a voice. The Political Class (like President Mubarak of Egypt) don't listen and routinely break promises. They openly lie whenever it suits them and frequently change the goalposts.

Ever since NoLab got rid of Elizabth Filkin they have be policing themselves which has now led to a succession of them facing Courts of Justice and there should be many more. I will never understand how a man of the character of Gordon Brown could aspire to Prime Minister and then be allowed to ruin the economy to such an extent that we now have the worst deficit of any of the G20 countries.

How was he allowed to walk away scot free? How can he retain his parliamentary seat when he rarely if ever takes that seat? If Wikileaks is correct he routinely and blatantly lied at the Despatch Box. Why is he not being held to account? Who keeps MPs up to the mark? Why did nobody advise him that he was ruining the country and how can the very people who should have been advising him that he was ruining the country are now leading the Labour Party?

This is what keeps me ranting and I do not believe that these very people will not one day face the public and know the fear that we have for our future generations just because they failed to do their duty when the time came.

Is this a real People's Revolt... and will it spread?

The news broadcasts reflect a chaotic situation in Egypt where the people have really rebelled against their government. Tens of thousands appear to have decided that enough is enough and they seem to have a point. The interesting point is that, unlike Tunisia, this is a people's revolt and not an Islamic rebellion. The people have taken to the streets because they are seriously brassed off.

They are equating their protests to the fall of the Berlin Wall and wow now the Arab population are seeking a freedom that they have never had. They want a stake in their own future...how decadent that the people want to replace a wickedly governing partty and now in Egypt the genie is out of the bottle.

Frankly it is the type of protest that we need here! We do not have a democratic protest but our people are deeply unhappy. I know because there is an undercurrent  of dissatisfaction which one can hear in every household and every pub in the land. We Brits have that jokey irony which masks our anger. We are actually very pissed off with our political parties. They are not reflecting our desires. This is a very dangerous situation because if The Political Class ignore the electorate as they are doing now then they will one day pay the consequences.

At the moment we winge and complain but as yet the event has not happened that will tip the people over the edge. It will come! One day we will have an atrocity that our government cannot ignore and the people will be so outraged that they will march on London and throw the serving PM into the Thames! David Cameron or Ed Miliband or Nick Clegg please don't ignore the public because frankly this public rebellion is closer than you believe.

Alan Johnson...very personal matters!

It is now being suggested by the blogosphere that the twice married Alan Johnson has followed the leadership of known Socialist power brokers like David Blunkett and John Prescott in using his 'popularity' for personal gratification! These socialists NEVER resign unless they have been ABSOLUTELY been caught with their hands in the cookie jar . What I fail to understand is the stance of Ed Miliband and Ed Balls!

They meet the media knowing full well why Alan Johnson has resigned and they both tried to cover it up. This is the Political Class. Nobody tells the truth, nobody faces reality, nobody says that 'Alan Johnson has had to resign because he played away from home (again)!' Nobody thinks of the wronged party, the wife, but I must admit in this case I reserve judgment.

As usual  the Labour Party has been caught with their pants down (sorry but irresistible). The pious explanation from Miliband and Balls sums up their naked demise. Alan Johnson did not resign for 'personal reasons' he resigned because his tawdry affair had become public.  He resigned because somebody exposed him! Would you not bet that that someone is connected to the Balls/Cooper partnership?

This highly ambitious couple are now poised on both sides of Ed Miliband! Poor old Red Ed is about to be bounced! Perhaps he has understood the saying 'Keep your friends close but keep your enemies closer'! However the Labour Party are so famed for their infamy and in fighting that they are becoming famed for almost nothing else.

If you do not owe the Labour Party for your job or your benefits what must it take for you to understand that these people are taking the piss out of you? Under this socialist bunch of chancers you will eventually become a second class European citizen and your grandkids will no longer enjoy their British citizenship.

Alan Johnson was the acceptable face of socialism... yeah... it is in their genes. Power is the name of their game and when they get it they have to flaunt it. Once again I trumpet the socialists have no policies, they have no ideas, they have no morals and only those who profit from their largesse will vote for them.

Gawd help the rest of us if Ed Balls is let anywhere near the country's economy. He almost ruined us the first time and now Red Ed is giving him a second chance to complete the job. That sums them up ...so PLEASE BEWARE!

Well as we all now know I owe Alan Johnson an apology. Certain prominent bloggers got it well wrong and I created a cardinal sin by aiding the momento. I shall be more careful in the future. However the rest of the story still stands. If the Gordon Brown team is the best that they can do then why do they bother?

Alan Johnson resigns...big surprise?

Well Alan Johnson departs and the scramble begins for the leadership of his party. Ed Miliband had a real chance to promote people up the ladder but he spurned it to concentrate on a merry-go-round of the same old crowd who have already failed when they clustered around Gordon Brown.

Ed Balls to Shadow Chancellor, his wife Yvette Cooper to Shadow Home Secretary and Douglas Alexander to Shadow Foreign Secretary...these three had a huge responsibiility to run the country for many years and utterly failed. According to Labour, Ed Balls has a financial background but he ruined the country and his wife is no less to blame.

How on earth can they face George Osborne across the Despatch Box when they have repeatedly refused to acknowledge the damage that they did? They have no credibility left. The Labour cupboard is bare and Ed Miliband is just clutching at straws. He is also leaving a large space between his shoulder blades with both Balls probably sharpening their knives.

Ed Miliband was wrong to appoint Alan Johnson who had difficulty with his brief. He is showing very little imagination but he might just be playing the only cards available to him. Perhaps there really is so little talent in the parliamentary Labour party that his choice is so very limited. I can hardly wait for the scorn from the Coalition.

Almost like Dunkirk...!

It is almost unbelievable that the Brown Government should be, on their abject retreat from their maladministration, be faced with a final challenge which of course they have failed. These people are useless and they have proven it. The Civil Aviation Authority which of course is run by a female, professional, quangocrat has failed us all.

They have been following legislation that was drafted over twenty years ago based on the experiences of ONE aircraft and ONE experience! Nobody has updated this legislation and so the country was locked down for no discernable reason. Is that not typical of what we the long suffering public have had to endure ever since Bliar and Gorgon took control of the country.

Our Political Class, supported by the mainstream media, is vacuous but many of the voters are so ignorant that it is difficult to call what the response will be. A Yahoo video which is on the Internet demonstrates the actual ignorance of the English public. It is a scandal that so many of our young people (over twenties) are frankly so utterly thick that they do not even understand the word 'constituency' or even recognise the word 'policy'!

This is NoLab in action after thirteen years of their policies. The kids are all well versed in their 'rights' and how to stitch up teachers but how much more do they know? Ed Balls of course trumpets the mantra that English education is 'world class'! Yeah right Ed ...you have educated millions of kids not to understand the words 'policy' and 'constituency' Nice One you utter prat!!

I fear that ignorance will win this election and frankly that is not good.

Education Cuts!

Well at last we are seeing some common sense in our education system. The Blair Project of pushing unsuitable candidates into university education by reducing standards and making higher education accessible to youngsters who were patently unsuitable for it.

Of course it also kept them off the unemployment register for a few years but what the hell! NoLab have never supported the young. They have contributed to the demise of young people by reducing standards of education and thus forcing many of them into the benefit system. The much vaunted British education system has been systematically wrecked by a marxist cartel who have, brick by brick, dismantled what was once such a good system that kids who lived in Council houses had an opportunity to go to Oxford and Cambridge.

When I was educated I sat the 11+ which successfully separated the academic from the practical. The academic then set out on a course which would equip them for office work/university and the practical headed for the plumbing, mechanical and building jobs.

In the nineteen seventies the 'leftie/trendy' educationalists decided that they knew best and what was once a successful education system has ever since been wrecked. Today we have kids who are so ignorant that all they can do is blot out their pain with drugs and booze. We have now had 12 years of NoLab rule and nothing has changed! Nothing has been done to even try and reverse the change which destroys young lives.

What worries me is that I have heard nothing from the Tories to reverse the trend. Education should be a priority...Tony Blair said it but of course he never meant it like he never meant anything. If we don't try and educate kids from the lowest echelons of society then they don't stand any chance of getting out of the gutter. Some of them are capable and should be given the chance. I came from a council estate but my grammar school education (even though I didn't fulfil my potential) has made me employable throughout my life.

Our Education system is an indictment on our society. Today the children of married or committed parents often have a huge advantage over the single parent kids. It has to change. It is unfair that kids with supportive parents who have access to computers like my little ones should have an advantage over kids who cannot access the technical aids of the modern world.

Ed Balls has done absolutely nothing to address this problem. Frankly he is a monster who has to be removed from office even though that is another point. I want to hear from the Tories on education. We must bring back the old style grammar schools. The people who rightly are not academic can then train for the practical jobs that they are suitable for. The Blair Project of university education for 50% of our kids was ridiculous like so, so many of his beliefs!

What will it take before Ed Balls gets the message?

We have yet to hear the details of the horrific case that has just been concluded in Sheffield but we know sufficient to comprehend that once again the social services have been found wanting. Once again Ed Balls appears on national television with his 'we must learn from this horrible case' act. It is little wonder that his inability to change direction from the NoLab mantra and dogma which bedevils all the government services which is the root cause of the constant failure of our social services.

Apparently nine different services over a period of fourteen years have been involved with the family of the little monsters who carried out this vile attack and yet they were still allowed to roam free to commit their acts. What is going on?

We are reaping the consequences of central government interference in every walk of life. Politicians are laying down 'guidelines' in every direction and then appointing political lackeys on high salaries to ensure that their 'guidelines' are slavishly imposed. The result is chaos and it doesn't matter where one looks. The police, the CPS, the NHS, welfare, education, immigration, benefits, transport (particularly the railways)...it doesn't matter where you look because nothing is working in a coordinated and controlled fashion. The lackeys who got their positions purely on the basis that they are 'a safe pair of hands' usually cannot manage, think on their feet or problem solve.

There is only one lesson that Ed Balls needs to learn and that is to stop interfering! He is the problem because he is so politically bigoted that he can only think in one direction. Until we dump the EU, discipline the young, disband the men in grey suits (the lackeys) and put the services back into the hands of the professionals we will always have this problem.

The message Ed Balls must learn is that HE is the problem but it is a message that he will never comprehend.

Ed Balls and Education

One thing is certain where Ed Balls appears to be concerned and that is he cannot bear not to abuse the power he has been granted. It is generally regarded, by those who think about it, that British Education is not very good. Our children who have to endure state education seem almost to lose the will to live half the time as they are spoonfed their exam results.

Most of our teenagers are convinced that they are 'stressed out' by the work they must do to pass exams but generally they don't have to 'learn' very much. Course work makes up a large percentage of the final exam result and the internet provides answers for many of the topics. Now I realise that I may appear hypercritical and I realise that the world has changed but the proof of my argument is that most of our teenagers are hugely ignorant of knowledge that I took for granted.

When I took the old GCE I entered the exam room almost naked. I had no backup course work. I had no Internet. I had absolutely no guidance or prior knowledge what the questions would be. I had swotted for weeks before the exam trying to cram as much as I could into my brain so that on the day I could regurgitate it onto my exam paper. Now that was stress!

But back to Ed Balls because I read today that he wants to introduce into the school curriculum three modern Languages, Mandarin, Japanese and Arabic. Where on earth does he get these totally barmy ideas. I know that NoLab ministers are masters of the soundbyte but just how many Japanese, Mandarin or Arabic speakers does he believe are hanging around desperate to teach in our state comprehensives?

There is one other problem which Mr Balls ignores. To learn a foreign language properly one has to have an extensive knowledge of your own language. British schools have ignored the principles of English grammar for decades now. Ask most people under fifty years of age to explain adverbs, past participles, pronouns and the subjunctive they will look at you as if you are an alien being.

This is where we have let our children down because foreign schools realise the importance of grammar. That is the reason that all these European kids arrive on our shores speaking good English and beating our own kids to good jobs. Basically they have been educated!

I believe that our teachers will have a celebration when Mr Balls is no longer interfering with his weekly curriculum change. I think that parents should have a far bigger say in education but in effect listening to grandparents would be an even better idea

Why can't we cope?

It is ridiculous because in these unusual climatic conditions we just seem unable to cope. I bet Ed Miliband is gnashing his teeth because his ridiculous claims of global warming are being destroyed by ,whoops, the climate. He is beginning to resemble King Canute as he tries to control the climate by throwing shed loads of our money at it! These NoLab politicians are priceless.

I lived for 15 years in Germany and we rarely allowed a fall of snow to bother us. There were of course extenuating circumstances because most of the German drivers have passed a rather stiff driving test which includes motorway driving, night driving and a really difficult theory test.

We however in this country all know that there are very many female drivers who are actually incapable of anything other than pointing their cars in a direction and pressing their accelerator pedal. They actually have never been tested in difficult circumstances. Similarly we have young males who are barely 17 and yet are handed a licence to kill. The result is chaos!

We have airports where they cancel flights willy nilly and yet the airport that receives the most snow in Europe, Helsinki, never cancels a flight! The schools close and there is never any authority monitoring these closures. There appears to be a culture where, if the staff perceive that they cannot drive in snow, then the school closes. That is not an option. In a nation where both parents have to work and have been encouraged by NoLab to work then the care of the children should never be so cavalier. The schools have a social responsibilty to remain open.

They should never be allowed to close. Staff who live locally should be named to occupy schools until the weather relents. It is ridiculous but then whenever has Ed Balls, the so called Childrens Minister. ever proposed a policy which would help parents and not sexualise children years before they lose their childhood.

It goes on and on, nothing works because this government are so far up their own arses that they have no idea how to govern. Gordon Brown is a total twat! He is utterly useless as a Prime Minister and yet he postures on and on until the very last minute so that he can maximise the position which he was never elected to.

Guido is right..keep this arrogant bastard in position until he has to face the electorate and be totally humiliated. I still think that someone will remove him before it happens! I now hope not.

The Childrens Minster is he the most dangerous man in Britain?

It never stops! What never stops? The incessant demands from Ed Balls on the time of our teachers. What next will he think up to distract them from their duty of educating our children? He alone has made the jobs of our teachers almost impossible because he trumpets initiative after initiative and never addresses the problem of youth discipline or parental resposibility.

He is obsessed with children and sexuality. Personally I think that this is deeply unhealthy. Yes we all know that we have a real problem with our promiscuous society and the pregnancy rate; but his party has caused the problem and he knows it. They have encouraged young girls to get pregnant by rewarding them to become pregnant so that they no longer need to seek work because the government pays them so much in benefits.

Now we hear his latest pronouncement which is beyond belief! Every school should teach the kids Mandarin?! I cannot believe that, what planet is he on? We need to teach our kids English! I mean proper English grammar because at the moment our kids are at a disadvantage when people from all over the world arrive here and write and speak better English grammar than our own kids who don't even know the meaning of English grammar! Nobody can learn a foreign language unless they understand their own language. Only Ed Balls, who frankly is a total nutter, would advocate anything else.

I cannot believe that this man is married (however he is married to Yvette Cooper who is another NoLab highly educated ideological prat) so it is understandable that they would want to destroy the childhood of children from the working class. Both come from privileged backgrounds as do most of the NoLab cabinet and they have ensured that their own kids are not subjected to the demands that they impose on the kids of the working class.

This man is dangerous and in my opinion quite deranged. He appears almost like I would imagine a disciple of Nazi Germany would behave. WE WILL TEACH OUR CHILDREN ALL ABOUT SEX EVEN THOUGH THEY ARE ONLY FIVE YEARS OF AGE! It is nauseous but then Ed Balls sees himself as a future Prime Minister... come on you voters this man does not deserve anybody's vote. Surely you people in South Yorkshire cannot believe that he represents your views? In my opinion he is an animal and so is his wife.

Two 10 year olds charged with raping an 8 year old!

My God what have we come to in this country? The depths to which we have plunged under the NoLab regime is epitomised by this charge. Despite all the rhetoric of Gordon Brown, Ed Balls and Jack Straw this is what they have led us to. They have destroyed for ideological purposes the hopes, the future and the safety of our children.

They refuse to punish the wicked and therefore they refuse to safeguard the law abiding and the innocent. It has continued unabated for how many years? We have all protested about this attack on our freedom and yet still they continue to destroy the infrastructure of our country. Well Gordon, Jack and Ed now you have the result that you wanted...we have a charge which is so utterly horrific that we cannot ignore it.

Remember Gordon what eventually happened to President Ceacescu (spelling) of Rumania because he ignored the will of the people. You are testing our patience and it is getting worse but constantly you ignore the public outcry.

Posture all you like Gordon because your time will come. If you don't believe us then wait for the future of your former flatmate 'Teflon' Tony who is now very exposed after lying about Iraq. You are not, as you think, omnipotent and one day you will be punished but I cannot think that any punishment would be sufficient for your treachery.

English Education

Anyone who has ever visited this blog will know that I am no fan of Gordon Brown or his New Labour project. In my humble opinion this government is hell bent on ruining the country who I love and have served.

Everything that we hold dear is being destroyed. When I was a child I trusted the police. When I was a child I knew that my doctor and the hospitals would treat me regardless of pressure. If I wanted an ambulance it arrived very quickly.

I travelled extensively by rail because my father was an employee of British Rail. The service was never perfect but we knew how much it would cost to travel from 'A' to 'B'. Today I don't even know how to discover the price I would have to pay to get to for example London. Those who have to travel are being milked and I suffer with them.

The government service however that I am really concerned about is Education. I doubt that any aspect of NoLab interference has suffered more than education. Education is paramount to the progress of any country because our children are our future.

Fot forty years now we have seen the decline of English education. Standards have declined so steeply that today the education of our children would have been viewed in the 1960's as a farce and of course it is. The educationalists, the trendy left wing idiots, who have imposed their destructive theories on our children have succeeded because they have never been challenged and it is the fault of me and my generation.

We have allowed this nonsense to continue because neither the Old Labour theorists or the Tories (who of course send their kids to the private schools to thus maintain the differential) seem to care too much about our children. It is a political scandal that none of our current political parties are prepared to address.

We all know that standards have declined to such an extent that the exams of today are a very unfunny joke and that as each generation gets educationally 'better' then grades have to be manipulated to such an extent that 'A' grades have now become 'A' Star grades. The reason being that not all students could be seen to achieve 'A' grades. Despite all the evidence we have allowed it to happen and why?

It is obvious that each parent wants the best for their child. We also know how bright or otherwise our children are, so imagine when the family pain in the neck has just achieved grades beyond our wildest dreams! Instinctively we all celebrate because it reflects on the family and we cannot question the achievements of our kids can we? Nobody questions the people marking the rubbish.

Now the family pain in the neck goes to university. We all know in our hearts that this kid is frankly no student but we have to go along with the New Labour Project because it keeps him/her off the unemployment statistics. He/She then racks up a debt that he/she will be unable to service for very many years to come unless he/she is lucky enough to be employed by Common Purpose (see previous blogs) at a rate of pay beyond his/her wildest dreams!

In the meantime this not very bright child is being exposed to the challenges of life. Now he/she is being 'educated' about drugs, sex and alcohol and of course it has been so successful. The educational programme of sex education has resulted in our kids having the highest rate of teenage pregnancies in Europe. Sexual disease is rife because the kids have been taught about sex by New labour. Well is it not nice to be the best in Europe for something?

Our university students seem to drink themselves silly and the drug culture is something beyond my comprehension. What I cannot understand is that this NoLab government never even addresses the problem. We have twenty four hour drinking(a NoLab Bill) our soldiers are fighting in Afghanistan.apparently to prevent the drugs from coming into this (Yeah right) and the alchohol industry revels in 'Happy Hours'.

Two of my three granddaughters have just entered this madness. We are already seeing the results of state education. These two girls are much loved, they come from a stable family/Christian family and now they are being exposed to the New Labour Project. The kids who use the 'F' word, those poor mites who have never been potty trained at the age of five, the nits, the total abscence of table manners even kids unable to use cutlery.

My grandchildren are now being exposed to the result of the New Labour Project and frankly I would like to assassinate people like Ed Balls but then I am much too old and I must just hope that somebody replaces him and reverses the trend. Why is nobody addressing this problem? We now know what Tony Blair meant by his priority, 'Education, Education, Education'. He meant to destroy it!
