Hillsbrough the Aftermath!

Tonight on  BBC Panorama has aired a documentary on the cover up after the Hillsbrough fiasco which killed so many people.  Clearly it has now to be recognised that a major police cover up flourished after this dreadful event.

The very senior officer in charge (David Duckenfield) had so little experience that one wonders if his appointment was the result of Common Purpose training? South and West Yorkshire are hotbeds of Common Purpose infiltration.  David Duckenfield retired on a full pension ostensibly through ill health!

The Panorama programme also implicated other people who ignored the evidence to protect the guilty. The politicians and the West Midlands Police who apparently investigated this disaster have now been proven to be flawed and I do not mean that lightly.

It was a major cover up! They all lied  over and over again and still they retain their pensions and privileges. I want to see these people in court facing up to their obligations. So many people are involved in this cover up so let us name them. Those people involved are always protected by convention and lawyers so let us begin with Jack Straw who confesses that in hindsight he was wrong. 

Nobody implicated in this disgraceful cover up should be allowed to resign or disappear into the ether.  I want to see Duckenfield and Sir Norman Bettison in the dock facing the relatives of the dead and trying to explain why they did what they did!  Full Stop!

I have always believed that the nadir of British Politics in the past thirty years were the Blair days. Tony Blair and his 'kitchen cabinet', in my opinion, corrupted parliament. They bypassed the constituency MP and then misled parliament.  Subsequent events have illustrated that the 'Blair Years' were the years that ruined the country and led to the problems that we have today. He alone introduced the European Human Rights Act and quietly he was beavering away to ensure that the European Union and Common Purpose would be entrenched before most of us were aware of the problem.

In the midst of the 'Blair Years' one or two men were constant. Chief of these were Jack Straw and John Prescott. I would almost guarantee that these two have never batted for Britain in their lives. Jack Straw knew that his existence as an MP depended on the Muslim vote in Blackburn.


So I am ecstatic that one of the leaders of the rebel forces in Libya, Abdel Hakim Belhadj, is suing Jack Straw, a former Foreign Secretary, for having him abducted and tortured. At that time nobody could have possibly thought that Colonel Ghaddafi would be deposed and disposed. I hope that it means that good old Jack has to appear in court on oath. If he does then will he not have to implicate the then PM Tony Blair because if Jack was doing the good Colonel a favour surely good old Tony would also be complicit?


Many of us believe that one day justice will catch up with these people. It is extraordinary that their demise should emanate from their rabid attempt to court a tyrant. It should have come from us the people but we would always have been stitched up. I just wonder who will be appointed to judge the case? I bet the search is on for someone who can be persuaded to be non neutral!


I suspect that the trial of Jack Straw will be very illuminating!

Now he has leave to sue us...the taxpayer!

According to the mainstream media one of the leaders of the rebel Libyan army is about to sue us, the British Taxpayer, because MI6 colluded with the Gadaffi regime and as a result he was the victim of torture. If he wins his case the guess is that he will receive one million pounds from us the hard pressed taxpayer!

Have we gone mad? What further nonsense will we tolerate from our politicians before we realise that they are actually taking the mick? Typically the politicians who were in office at the time, in this case 'slippery' Jack Straw knew NOTHING about the maschinations of MI6 even though at the time he was responsible for their activities!

I sometimes wonder who was running the country during the years of the New Labour administration because frequently those in office give the appearance of the three wise monkeys, hear no evil, see no evil and speak no evil. Time after time events conspire to prove that most of them were up to their armpits in sleaze which of course the blogosphere has been reporting ad nauseum.

If Mr Belhadj was tortured (and it doesn't seem to have stopped his momentum too much) and if MI6 was involved then he should sue the person in charge because most of us taxpayers had nothing to do with it! It is high time that some of these NoLab politicians were put in the dock under oath and charged with crimes relating to ruining the country.

Libya, BP, Tony Blair, Scotland and a rather nasty smell!

The other story which has emerged recently is probably a story which stinks even more than the Iraq War. Predictably Tony Blair is linked to all aspects of the story and predictably he remains free of reprisal.

The American Senate want to talk to Jack Straw, BP and Kenny McCaskill, the latter being the guy who basked in the glory of releasing the Lockerbie bomber. Frankly I have never believed the idea that this Libyan brought down the plane. I still think that he was set up by world politics as a fall guy so that he would be released and then rewarded for his inconvenience.

The destruction of this aircraft above Lockerbie was I suspect much more complex than we were led to believe. The conspiracy theories are rife and we will never know why that aircraft was brought down. I feel so sorry for the relatives of the victims. I suspect that both the UK and the US governments know far more than they are prepared to release.

In the meantime Tony Blair sucks in millions....

Have we really gone mad?

Peter Blake was such a dangerous criminal that someone decided that he should have a trial without jurors. The threat was so great that the so called justice system decided to dispense with a jury so that witnesses would not be threatened! This sounds like a Jack Straw ploy to jigger up the justice system...but read on.

Peter Blake was given bail!! This so dangerous criminal, so dangerous that he could not be trialled by jury was given bail. What the bloody hell is happening to our country? Then can you believe, he was allowed to wander around the court area to such an extent that he walks away from his own trial!

Can you really believe that this is the depths to which we have descended? The walkout of Peter Blake exposes the total lack of credibility of our justice system. Really can you credit that anything run by Jack Straw could be so feeble? Well of course we can. He has always had an agenda which contradicts everything that the British people believe in. Jack Straw is so bad that he has to have an agenda which is anti British. He is probably the modern day equivalent of Kim Philby or Guy Burgess.

The problem is that he is the Justice Minister when he should be the lack of Justice Minister. How will he explain away the disapperance of Peter Blake? Simple he won't, he won't even address it because nobody will question him. Our politicians are all in the same boat. I am afraid that unless we the public are prepared to descend on London,take control of our future and throw Brown, Straw and all the other crooks into the Thames then we will just get more of this utter nonsense.

Two 10 year olds charged with raping an 8 year old!

My God what have we come to in this country? The depths to which we have plunged under the NoLab regime is epitomised by this charge. Despite all the rhetoric of Gordon Brown, Ed Balls and Jack Straw this is what they have led us to. They have destroyed for ideological purposes the hopes, the future and the safety of our children.

They refuse to punish the wicked and therefore they refuse to safeguard the law abiding and the innocent. It has continued unabated for how many years? We have all protested about this attack on our freedom and yet still they continue to destroy the infrastructure of our country. Well Gordon, Jack and Ed now you have the result that you wanted...we have a charge which is so utterly horrific that we cannot ignore it.

Remember Gordon what eventually happened to President Ceacescu (spelling) of Rumania because he ignored the will of the people. You are testing our patience and it is getting worse but constantly you ignore the public outcry.

Posture all you like Gordon because your time will come. If you don't believe us then wait for the future of your former flatmate 'Teflon' Tony who is now very exposed after lying about Iraq. You are not, as you think, omnipotent and one day you will be punished but I cannot think that any punishment would be sufficient for your treachery.

Statesman of the Year...Gordon Brown...what!?

I don't think any of us can believe this so called award for Gordon Brown! Statesman of the year? I have always kept extreme bad language from this blog because I know who reads it.

I do believe that this award for Gordon Brown which he narrowly wins from Tony Blair Peter Mandelson and Jack Straw could be... arsehole of the decade! These people have ruined our country. They have clearly done it at the behest of bankers and media moguls.

They are for sale to the highest bidders and so are the Cabinet. It is absolutely extraordinary that none of the Gordon Brown/Tony Blair cabinets appear to be hindered by any form of conscience, They have all prospered to a huge degree from their position within the NoLab party. That makes them crooks in my eyes!

They deny everything and are guilty of everything!

On 20th August when I heard about the release of the Lockerbie bomber I knew instinctively that it was a stitch up and blogged as such. The behaviour of people like Brown Blair Straw and Mandelsson is entirely predictable. They can be bought by anyone. Now the truth is beginning to emerge piece by piece as everything that they had previously denied is being proven to be true.

I am about as far away from this tawdry affair as is possible but here is how it goes. BP want access to Libyan oil. They approach the NoLab leadership to ease the way. The Libyans demand a prisoner exchange agreement in return and Megrahi is top of their list(just how many high profile Libyan prisoners are banged up in our jails anyway).

Jack Straw then fires a warning shot across the bows of the Scottish Justice Minister Kenny McCaskill who just happens to belong to the Scottish National Party. McCaskill probably realises what is at stake but doesn't want to appear to be a tool of the Westminster government.

He has a brainwave hires a doctor to certify that Megrahi has terminal cancer and then releases him back to Libya under the compassionate clause in Scottish Law. Easy innit...that way Gordon Brown is in the clear, the SNP are seen as merciful, Jack Straw is rubbing his hands, Tony Blair can hug Colonel Ghaddaffi again and it is another victory for the NoLab leaders because they all make money!

The trouble is that the families of the victims are appalled. The American government cannot contemplate the callousness of this bunch and the whole world knows that the British governemnt has about as much integrity as the Russian Mafia.

Come to think of it we seem to have lost our government and gained people resembling mafia leaders.

Justice under Jack Straw

Have you noticed that under the Justice Minister, Jack Straw, there is none, Justice that is! He sits smuggly ensconced as the member of The Cabinet who has probably achieved less that any other Cabinet Minister.

Justice today is a joke. We have immense problems on the streets but the police remain generally aloof from the public. As far as most of us are concerned they do not exist until YOU come under their radar. If they can make money from you then be very careful but if you become a victim of crime then well that is unfortunate but what do you expect the police to do about it. Here is your crime number!

Jails are luxurious. They allow a career criminal a life which they cannot expect elsewhere. The facilities are unbelievable. They are designed quite simply to reward crime. It has been done quite deliberately to cause a breakdown of our society.

How many times have we seen grieving relatives parading before the cameras demanding justice? What happens? Absolutely nothing?

How many times have we discovered that the offenders have (a) been released early (b) not sentenced sufficiently or (c) given the benefit of the doubt! It has become a national disgrace but Jack Straw has no plans to overhaul the system because it is working impeccably if you are hell bent on destroying the country.

Do you know what I cannot believe is that after every hideous murder or stabbing the mainstream media do not pile the pressure on those who are allowing this to happen.
In addition how many times do the perpetrators suddenly become young black males! Oops here we go I have trodden over that invisible line which says that multiculturalism has been good for us! I am sorry but we should have the right to point the finger at the problem.

Human Rights Act

Jack Straw got banner headlines yesterday when he criticised the Human Rights Act and stated that we have got to change it as it is not working properly. I thought this was really decent of him after something like ten years of British injustice largely due to lawyers (like Cherie Blair) who found loopholes in it so that criminals could not be effectively punished and illegal immigrants who commit crime could not be sent home. If my memory serves me correctly it was Jack Straw who introduced it in the first place.

However, he stopped short of saying what he wanted to do and when he would do it. Jack Straw you see is very good at soundbytes. He has been doing it all through his political life. He has held all of the important and influential positions and has yet to make a success of any of them. He just seems to bounce around the cabinet breezing from position to position and fouling up everything that he touches. You can be assured that Jack Straw will do nothing to change anything but will continue to grovel to the Muslim voters in Blackburn who keep him in parliament.

David Cameron on the other hand says that he will do something about it and proposes abolishing the European Human Rights Act and replacing it with a British Bill of Rights. He alleges that this will be part of the battleground for the next election. I certainly hope so because I am becoming increasingly frustrated by the inability of the Tories to hurt this despicable government fatally despite having every opportunity to do so. I really thought that some of them would have the guts to really attack The Speaker and the government over the Damian Green affair but the attack fizzled out as usual allowing the govenrment to fall back on their Committee of enquiry answer to everything.

I really despair of anything happening which the man in the street requires to make his life even slightly more agreeable.

The Banking Industry

I am currently watching Question Time and watching Jack Straw grovel over Iraq is gratifying but the question which really gets me going is the answer about the banking industry.

As I see it we, the taxpayer, have been forced to bail out the banks. We have never been allowed a vote on this (remember we are still regarded as a democracy) but this crowd of idiots who almost ruined the British economy have been allowed to continue in their traditional manner.

They still expect to receive their bonuses which frankly are obscene and yet the banks do not appear to have understood or even been grateful that their sorry arses have been saved. They continue to operate in exactly the same way as before.

The New Labour Project which has sustained these people throughout their money grabbing activities has been shown to be unable to control the banking industry. They have thrown our money at the very people who have almost brought our banking industry to collapse and on the surface they have not imposed any conditions!

What do they have to do before we are regarded as being the poorest country in the world?

Jack Straw with Emily Maitlis!

I was almost on my feet cheering at the way Emily Maitlis did not allow Jack Straw to dominate the interview on the Andrew Marr Show this morning in the way that Andrew Marr would have done. Something tells me that Emily had not read the script. The script normally reads that Andrew feeds Jack a soft question then lets him waffle on for the next ten minutes making fatuous point after fatuous point until he runs out of breath.

Andrew then feeds him another line and Jack gets free air time to babble on about how successful NoLab has been until we cannot stand it any more.

Emily didn't know that this was the procedure because she kept interrupting the 'Justice' Secretary and asking him to answer the question. What did NoLab intend to do to ease the pain of the credit crunch? AhHa now that is a good question and Jack knew the answer but he wasn't going to tell us the voters. You see it is a secret known only to the great and the good. Gordon you see has a plan which he will announce when he deems it the right time. This sounds a bit like his vision for the future which caused him to cancel the phantom election shortly after he eased into Tony Blair' seat.

The PM has huge ambition and very limited ability which just about sums up the whole of the NoLab posturing crew. Have we ever had a more self serving, ideological, money squandering cabinet than this crowd? I cannot think of one policy which this bunch have initiated which remotely benefits the public at large. Everything is designed to promote their own pathetic, personal well being.

Well enjoy it you sods because it won't last long now. The Glenrothes By-Election will no doubt shame you again. OK... it won't shame you into calling a general election because why throw away another couple of years of ruining the economy and stealing money from the public purse for your own personal gain?

I just hope that when you are gone for good, never to be seen again, that someone finds out what you have done and that you all end up in the dock. I do realise that there is a lot of protection for people like you at the top end and that the Tories will support your attempt to beat the rap but one day somebody of integrity will emerge from this country and expose all of you.

In the meantime can we have the Emily Maitlis show? The problem is that NoLab would boycott it now that they know she is not an idiot!

What is REALLY important?

It never ceases to amaze me how our politicians can come up with dippy idea after dippy idea and yet always fail to address the problems that really concern the electorate. In many areas of the country law and order has broken down completely, the prisons are full, the police fail to respond and the streets are packed with illegal immigrants so what do we get? How about banning plastic bags and hiding fags from the kids so they won't want to smoke!

Don't get me wrong my generation know only too well the perils of smoking and the plastic bag phenomena should have been curbed years ago but they are hardly priorities when we have so many other problems. Last week a smirking Jack Straw was told by a prisoner that the prisons were better than holiday camps and since then not one single idea to reverse the trend. Indeed his only idea to buck the trend is to ask the judges not to hand out custodial sentences. Consequently figures revealed yesterday confirm that two murders a week are carried out by criminals freed on bail! This is mass murder and the Justice Minister is responsible. He is charged with ensuring that our legal system safeguards the public and yet he routinely fails to act which means that he doesn't care and that is dereliction of duty.

In any other walk of life he would be at the very least be sacked but have you seen the NoLab front bench these days? So many have had to resign through improper conduct that there is probably nobody left who Gordon Brown would trust to keep his/her trap shut.

I would sleep a little better if any of the opposition would address the problem but they remain depressingly reticent. Someone one day will have to bite the bullet and address the problem which causes so many young people to commit crime. There are families now where three generations have never had a job. This, despite all the lame brained attempts to help them along the way. It doesn't work! Holiday camp prisons don't work! Soft sentences don't work! Tagging doesn't work! Bail for violent criminals doesn't work! For years the hanging and flogging brigade have been denigrated by our wet politicians but I tell you something - that would work!

Jack Straw

I have often thought that the Blair/Brown cartelle was probably the rottenest of all the political groups ever to grace our parliament. Everything about this crowd is absolutely foul and one by one they have been found out and dispensed with. Only two of the originals remain, the PM himself, who on a daily basis is being exposed as someone not up to the job and Jack Straw.

I well remember one occasion when NuLab was in opposition and Jack Straw was at the despatch box being slaughtered by the Tories when Tony Blair jumped up amd saved his arse. We all recognise that TB was a genius at parliamentary debating but Jack Straw was not.

He has been a disastrous Home Secretary, a disastrous Foreign Secretary and yet he survives year on year out probably because he knows where the bodies are buried. He is the last one left of the horrendous bunch who came to power when we were so fed up with the Tories.

Today we have a so called scandal that a Labour/Muslim MP has been bugged by the Security Services and nobody knows who gave the order to break the law. At the top of the tree is of course our glorious Justice Minister one Jack Straw. Now I just know a little bit more about bugging than the man in the street. I was after all a member of the Intelligence Corps in the dim and distant past. Heh, very dim and very distant!

I just have a very funny feeling that this bugging incident could lead directly to Jack Straw's front door... and about time too!!!
