A lot has been discussed about our ailing welfare system. We all know that we have an army of scroungers who benefit from public money when they should be seeking work. This abysmal system has been abused for years and under the Labour party it was clearly encouraged. It bought them votes and is one of the many reasons that I despise their pathetic policies.
Step forward Barry Rogerson, a 45 year old receiver of disability allowance from Morpeth. This disabled man was photographed as a masked man punching a police horse in a riot which followed the defeat of Newcastle by Sunderland in a recent football match.
He is quoted as saying that he had drunk five pints of beer prior to 'accidentally' stumbling into the situation. He was masked because he had toothache! So let us examine his explanation!
He had drunk at least five pints (£15). He had attended the game (at least £30). He had bought a replica shirt (what... you tell me... £35) and he must have travelled from Morpeth to Newcastle perhaps( another £10?) so this unemployed 'animal lover' who had tooth ache which was not bad enough to prevent him from attending a football match spent close to £100 pounds of his disability benefit and accidentally ended up punching a police horse!
I have a dear friend who is genuinely disabled and is concerned about the changes to her allowance. This total twat from Morpeth should have his allowance cancelled immediately. My problem is how did he get it in the first place? That can probably be explained by the fact that he lives in the socialist state of 'Geordieland' where
they are all entitled to state money as long as they continue to vote bloody Labour!
We have had almost three years of a Coalition government led by a Conservative Prime Minister and Barry Rogerson can still afford to drink himself silly and riot in Newcastle! When will this nonsense change? When will our government agencies tighten up this system? How can Barry Rogerson (with his tooth ache) overcome his disability so that he can ward off a fully trained police horse?
FFS get a grip!

The Welfare System
I think that the working public are sick of the scroungers who live a good life on the welfare system and are never challenged by the government. They know the system, their entitlements and how to survive very nicely on what many of us consider far too much money! Many of them are immigrants.
There is a train of thought that some politicians have engineered this drain on the welfare system to further their political aims. They want western societies to be bankrupted and that is why politically we seem to be unable to tackle the problem. Nobody has the political will to challenge the system.
The Labour party abjectly allowed this scandal to swell and prosper. The LibDems also support the Welfare Class and encourage the unemployed and the sick, lame and lazy to sponge off the state.
Before I go further let me categorically state that I will go to the ends of the earth to support those who are genuinely in need. Our current system however threatens these genuine cases and allows the fit but sleazy to escape undetected. These are the people that we must track down and identify. We could do this easily if we had the political will to instruct the Job Centres and the Benefits agencies to make it a priority!
So when our Conservative Prime Minister announces plans to tackle the problem you will forgive me for doubting his integrity. Of course this cannot happen until after 2015 because of the Coalition so he is blatantly electioneering. Remember this is the same guy who promised us a referendum on the EU and then reneged on almost every manifesto promise he made at the last election.
Here we go again. He knows what the public want so he vaguely promises to address it. He gets the headlines but has absolutely no intention of following through. The people who wield the power meet at the Bilderberg meetings and would never allow our PM to go off message.
So my message is don't believe this Political Class. They routinely lie because they serve masters that the rest of us do not have access to. Occasionally they slip up and leave clues. The clues always lead to the same result. David Cameron could sort out the welfare farce at a stroke. David Cameron and Iain Duncan-Smith keep hinting that they have everything under control. They have no intention of changing anything.
At Question Time last Thursday the arrogant Ken Clarke sneered at the proposals of Michael Gove to improve education. He more or less stated that he and Nick Clegg were in charge and nothing would change. That is our challenge. We must weed out these imposters and servants of Bilderberg and vote them out like they did in Iceland.
Electorally we are limited in our choice. Only the big three have sufficient money to flood the field with candidates. They also own the media and the banks and the corporate authorities. Up against that we have Nigel Farage (UKIP) and Nick Griffin (BNP). Clearly the mainstream media will tell you that they are unelectable. The trouble is that if we don't elect them we will get more of Ken Clarke, Ed Balls and the core of the Bilderberger servants who are in thrall to the New World Order. It is almost like Christianity against Satanism. Think about it!

Will anything change...don't bet on it!
Today David Cameron faced the press outside 10 Downing Street and gave one of his 'tough' speeches. It was the usual speech about not tolerating the looters, the courts had sat overnight, they will all get jail sentences...in fact a speech that would appeal to the electorate who want to hear words like that.
David Cameron is very good at letting the electorate hear the words that they want to hear. Remember his 'bonfire of quangos', his 'British Bill of Rights' or the capping of the salaries of town hall fatcats. The problem is that they are just words and nothing ever changes. He mentions water cannon but then adds 'at 24 hours notice'. What good is that? Does he expect these riots to last 24 hours?
He then mentioned prison sentences but has he told the judges or the prison service? Ken Clarke keeps letting people out early because we don't have enough prison places for them. So how have we found more and why now? Has he overnight changed the sentencing criteria to accommodate the rioters?
The problem between the Met Police and the black community has long been publicized. On one side we have the gangs that are probably responsible for much of the armed crime, drug running and crass behaviour in London and on the other a police force that I wouldn't trust to walk my dog. There are bound to be tensions!
If we want to solve this problem we must meet it head on. Bring the parents into the court and demand to know why these kids were out of control. Then punish the parents. Make them responsible for the discipline of their children. If the children are prepared to see their parents go to prison because of their actions then we know where the fault lies.
Then we must sort out education in these London boroughs. Get some inspectors to drop in and witness what goes on in the classrooms. Root out the bad teachers and reward the good ones. Not so long ago I posted about Miss Birbalsingh who spoke up at the Conservative party conference and was sacked for her troubles. These ghetto kids need good role models. I read today that there are about 1000 vacant apprenticeships in the London area which nobody wants.
We must begin to include these people in this new society. It is not my society. I never asked for it but the politicians created it and now they must deal with it. If you ignore so many people they will one day react. Don't leave it to the black community leaders get people in who have influence. To start with there are a lot of natural linguists in these communities. Use them! Some of these kids can speak three or four languages and are unemployed.
Children must learn that being clever is nothing to be ashamed of. We must change the ethos of our education system and until we do we will continue to have the scenes we have recently witnessed in London.

National Community Service
I first mooted the idea of a National Community Service way back in June 2009 and followed up in October 2009 when I suggested that the unemployed could be used to supplement our troops in the war in Afghanistan. As usual in the seamless transition from NoLab to the Conservatives nothing has really changed. There appear to be no plans which would make an impact on the hardliners or the immigrant unemployable.
Surely a National Community Service is more relevant than ever? It would seriously inconvenience the 'never had a job' brigade and would ensure that some of those hiding in the ghettos would have to emerge and integrate. The penalty for not attending for NCS would be loss of benefits.
I have posted how this system could be organised, who should do it and what the aims would be. It could not fail to uncover the dross. Those who remained undercover would lose money and identify themselves as having something to hide. Those who stepped up to the mark willingly would also identify themselves as fit for employment.
It is a sure fire winner but that is why it has no chance of being adopted by the mainstream parties.

National Service or Community Service?
If we are to believe the government and the Americans, winning the war in Afghanistan is vital for the future of world security. If that is the case and I don't know if I believe them, then the western world must throw everything that we have at the Taliban. To my mind that means ALL our partners in Europe offering up every available troop that they can muster but it means more.
The Defence Minister, Bob Ainsworth, on a recent visit to the war front was told, by a Staff Sergeant in the Bomb Disposal team that the most vital requirement was more troops on the ground.
According to David Cameron we have millions out of work, many of whom have never contributed to the country's economy and have no intention of doing so. We all know that this is true and the likelihood is that they are actually unemployable. So what do we do with them?
I personally don't think that any able bodied person should be allowed to sit at home sponging off the state. The fact that they are doing so, in a time of war, when some of their mates are being killed and maimed is even more disgraceful. The problem is that this government is not acting as if we are at war. There is no war cabinet, there is nobody briefing the press, they don't seem to be aware that our boys and girls are really in action. Back in 1982 when Maggie went to war it was done properly; we were at war and we all knew it. That is the difference.
We need more troops on the ground and yet the Generals are repeatedly saying that we have not got the troops. Troops need rest and recuperation. This war appears to be intense and reading between the lines we are struggling to retain any ground that we have won. It is surely time to up the pace.
The NoLab government have spent billions on quangos and committees most of whom have been formed to assist the government. If The Tories have any sense and want to save money they will disband all these useless committees and make them redundant. Fine but what do we do with them then? Some of them are very capable who have just been helping the wrong people.
We now have two groups of unemployed but they must be put to work so what do we do with them? Well we are at war so we should give the workshy an opportunity to contribute. Many of them are tough guys who just don't want to work or who prefer to work out of the system and not pay taxes. We should give them all a choice. We are at war and so you have two choices you either work for the country or you work for the forces but you do not sit on your backside doing nothing.
All the people who will lose their jobs because they are non-jobs created purely to prop up the NoLab government should be offered the chance to work for the country. They should be offered the chance to join the National Community Service.
The workshy and those who work on the Black Market plus the illegal immigrants who do not have the skills to assist the Community Service should have the option of joining National Military Service. There can be no hiding place. This scheme would also ensure that any military member who has served the country has an automatic roll to play in the Community Service thus ensuring that nobody who has put their lives at risk for the sake of the country will ever have to sleep out rough in despair.
The choice is clear. We are at war. Everyone, bar the severely disabled, should contribute. Nobody should be exempt national duty. National duty has always been a pre-requisite in the time of war (remember the Land Girls). This could be the final solution to our problems. We would have no unemployed, apart from the severely disabled, because everybody could do something. Even if they can do nothing then they should be enforced to attend a centre for the totally useless!! Then they pick up rubbish!
In this time of National Emergency we can enforce employment for everyone but then why have the Political Class not gone down this route...and the answer is...???
We are at war. We therefore can mobilise every person like they did in 1939. If we do not mobilise everyone available then we are reneging on the lads and lasses who have lost their lives. They are fighting this war. It is not a joke. The problem is that only the good citizens of Wootten Basset seem to have understood the significance of the war in which our young guys/girls are being killed.
If this bloody war is so important then why are we all not being required to contribute? It is either important or we bring the guys and gals home. If it is important then we all get involved. That means all of us... all the shysters, the uninvolved, the rabid street rats and the illegal immigrants. Hell we have never had a better excuse to sort out the country! How many people who want to come here would want to come if their first act was to sign up to fight the Taliban?
It is time to give the takers a choice. This country is at war and you have a part to play!! Ha! No more camp at Calais then!!

The National Community Service
I have been waiting for a 'big' idea from Gordon Brown or any member of his Cabinet ever since he postponed a planned election so that people could see his 'vision' for the country. Now we know that the last thing that Gordon can claim is vision. He just has no imagination. Every week he trumpets the same mantra which he will parrot until the next election. Every pore of his body is tribal, vicious and predictable.
So let me give him a big idea. We have currently millions on benefit who are not contributing to the economy. Many school leavers think it is their right to leave school and sign on. They have no responsibility, no ambition, no commitment and crucially nobody expects it from them. More are desperate for jobs but cannot find them. Many are amazingly graduates who have no life experience but are desperate for it. Most do not have parents who can send them on 'gap years'.
Now imagine a National Community Service...any person claiming benefit must earn it. It would be run by service veterans... those people who have been wounded in action or served a decent number of years with the colours. Brave enough to face the Taliban and therefore brave enough to face down the scallies.
Anyone on benefit would report to the NCS where they would be put to work according to their capability. There are some fine people on benefit and they could be put to work serving the community. Those doing an exceptional job could be recommended to the local Job Centres for accelerated promotion into full time employment.
We would have a national army of people who could, if well organised (don't leave it to NoLab), be a huge asset to the national economy. They could earn their way to a trade, but more importantly they could clean graffiti, clear waterways, keep streets tidy the possibilities are limitless but...it needs organising!
Now what part of organisation does NoLab understand? Frankly nothing because none of them understand anything about organisation. They only do politics which means either wrecking the economy or blaming the Tories for wrecking the economy! If they put this proposal into the hands of say the British Legion then just perhaps we would get the level of national organisation that this project requires.
It would mean that if the sick, lame and lazy want to be paid from the public purse then they would have to get up out of bed and earn their money. Nobody would skive from the NCS. The veterans would ensure that the people who earned their benefit also got preferential treatment when jobs came on offer.
This proposition has unlimited potential. It could be developed and expanded to encompass so much of our national heritage. For example it would not include those who should not be here. They would be excluded from the NCS but then they should not be claiming at any rate.
Come on you politicians give us some hope for the future. Tell us that you understand our problems. The NCS would create jobs nationally for those who deserve them and would also uncover so many other underlying problems. For example the real dregs of our society would be required to get out of bed and report to the NCS. No report ...no money! It would save the public millions but then it is difficult to imagine the response from Westmonster.
Time that I copywrited this idea I think!
