Is anyone surprised about the revelations that we have a corrupt police force? We have had case after case covered up by the boys in blue. Actually I do not mean the 'boys in blue'. I mean the men in suits, the Common Purpose recruited servants of the 'regime changers' who continually conspire to follow an agenda which refuses to reveal the truth to the public.
We have had many cases that beggar belief and the promise of Home Secretary, Teresa May, to hold an inquiry into this issue hardly inspires confidence. We have so many of these inquiries that almost always exonerate government officials and never, ever seek the truth.
Most of the senior police officers in the country are under suspicion. It has been reported that Jimmy Savile had the cooperation of many members of the North Yorkshire police. He had an uncomfortably cosy relationship with the police but then dear old Jimmy also reportedly had cosy relationships with 10 Downing Street and Buckingham Palace!
The Lawrence case has exposed corruption at a low level. My feeling is that it goes much higher and much further. These low level detectives could never have conspired to derail the Lawrence
investigation unless they were protected from on high.
I will bet you now that no senior police officer will be uncovered by the 'Teresa May' inquiry even though the evidence is damning! You watch what happens!

Daniel Pelka...Baby 'P'... how many More?
It is time to ask questions! We have had so many excuses and apologies but these poor kids still keep dying in horrific circumstances. How many more before kids will die before they tighten up the system so that no kid can steal food from other kids and forage into waste bins to survive?
Are these teachers blind or just incompetent? Is it that they accept a slavish dogma of union rules so that they do not want to confront the parents or get involved with the law? What could prevent a teacher from saving the life of one of their pupils? There are news pictures of this kid's teacher click-clacking into court surrounded by her briefs. Am I being unfair?
Surely someone should have picked this brutal treatment up before the ultimate death of this poor child? I am really angry because I love my granddaughters but at one point I was prevented from recording a school performance because I might have been a pervert!! How did they think that would make me feel? Did they care? No they are just following orders but when push comes to shove common sense disappears and a little boy is tortured before he is murdered. I weep for him but then I would like to see his parents strung up from the nearest lamp post.
Can anyone with compassion argue against this ultimate punishment? Animals deserve to die like animals and then we should all have a day off to celebrate!!

Murder and the Public!
I read a story yesterday which summed up the judicial system hoist on us by the Political Class in this country. Way back in 2011 a pensioner was bludgeoned to death in his own home by two 'travellers'. Despite the nature of this horrendous murder the police were met by a 'wall of silence' from the 'travelling community'. Those of us who call a spade a shovel would not expect anything else from this over protected minority group.
The police described them as 'career criminals' but they are only that because our judicial system allows them carte blanche to become 'career criminals', but here is the real rub. One of the offenders had been jailed for five years for a similar attack on a 73 year old woman during a burglary at her home in February last year!! He had battered the woman to death with her own walking stick!
So let me get this right! This 'traveller' commits wanton murder on a pensioner and only gets five years. He is after all a 'career criminal' so how many offences has he actually committed? Since when have sentences for murder be reduced to five years and then since when is he allowed out onto the streets within a year?
I want to know who is making these decisions? Who is placing the elderly in jeopardy by allowing murdering travellers back onto the streets only weeks after the most horrendous of crimes.
At the moment they are only 26 and 21 years old so after committing two murders against defenceless pensioners they have received sentences of 24 and 22 years respectively. Given time off for 'good behaviour' they will be out on the streets just in time to bump off more pensioners. What is going on and when will we get a government that will react to the fears of the public?

The Arrest of the Elderly Personalities!
Am I the only person to feel uncomfortable about the arrest of so many high profile 'celebrities' on charges that happened half a century ago. I have to admit that people like Jimmy Saville was clearly a wrong 'un and so it would appear was Stuart Hall.
I can accept that serial offenders should face the full force of the law even though I cannot agree in this retrospective justice. If it was a serious offence it should have been reported then and not many years later.
We are currently living in a culture light years away from the days of the sixties and seventies. In those days we had 'groupies' who put themselves on the line because they were 'up for it'. This has always been the case. Young girls have always pursued the male celebrities so why have we now had a spate of cases against these venerable but famous former stars.
Once again somebody has an agenda. Nobody can compare life today under the current PC demand with life fifty years ago. Almost everyone who lived through those years knows that life was different. We were not exposed to sex education so we found out for ourselves.
What is happening now is ridiculous and it does not make sense so... as 'Judge Judy' would say... 'if it does not make sense then it is wrong'. Just why are these aging celebrities being pursued when almost all of us who belonged to that generation had guilty secrets?
I would bet serious money that serious money is involved in these accusations. Someone somewhere has seen a gap in the market and in those days so many girls were groped inappropriately that it could become a growth industry!

Interviews for Jurors?
It had to come. Finally we stumble across a jury panel who generally do not have a clue about the legal process in this country. Because of the lack of safeguards and checks they get allocated one of the most high profile cases in recent months. The mainstream media has been full of Chris Huhne and his wife Vicki Price for at least the past year.
This jury comprising eight women and four men of which only two were white. At least twice, the court finished early because a jury member had a 'religious observance' to keep. Now pardon me but in this country we fit our 'religious observance' around our civic duties. I am astonished that the judge allowed this to stand and that is probably part of the problem.
We have allowed our tolerance and apathy to superceed our common sense. From what I read most of these people had little idea about formal attire so that the solemnity of the occasion was not respected. Clearly their knowledge and respect of our court system was minimal. It is not entirely their fault. We have allowed this lack of respect for our country to develop. The incomers have been encouraged to disrespect our systems, our traditions and our customs.
The politicians and the judiciary have gradually given up so much of what we valued that yesterday's farce was inevitable. May I respectfully suggest that potential jurors arrive early and are then subject to a swift interview to ascertain suitability. If they are dressed incorrectly or do not understand the procedure or cannot understand English then they can be dismissed and struck off the juror eligibility list. I would also fine them but that might then become complex.
In my entire life I have only been called once for jury service. I am of course not what they want. It is much more likely that I will judge events on the evidence and not on what the courts want the verdict to be. I would also raise the age of eligibility to 25. Too many of the victims of our modern education system cannot choose a breakfast cereal never mind reach a legal conclusion!
If our politicians and judiciary want to prevent a repeat of yesterday they must narrow the criteria for eligibility for jury service and enforce our traditional values. We only have ourselves to blame.

Dale Cregan a bombproof Case for Capital Punishment!
Today a nonentity called Dale Cregan changed his plea from not guilty to guilty. His plea involved the murder of two female police officers in Manchester. He lured them to a dwelling and then brutally murdered them both.
He then pleads 'not guilty' even after he told the police that he had done it. He is a career criminal with a long history of violence.
He has no place in our society and yet now we must keep this beast in luxury for the rest of his life. He knows it and has never resisted his inevitable incarceration. But would he feel the same if he knew that his neck would be stretched? Sorry to be so crude but this guy is going to cost us a fortune over the years.
He will have three meals a day. He will watch SKY TV. He will have access to a gym. He will have access to drugs. In fact this guy who has murdered two female police officers in the most brutal manner will now live a life that so many people cannot afford.
I cannot illustrate a better case for capital punishment! If this country is going to discourage thugs from murder then we MUST bring back capital punishment. I bet Dale Cregan would not be so cocky if he thought that his guilty plea meant that he would face a hangman.
We must find a deterrent for Dale Cregan and his ilk. Everyone knows that he should hang. The only people who would argue against capital punishment in our modern society are those who have never had a friend or relative who has been murdered. They may also include politicians who want to change our society!
How many more people will die before we threaten the criminal class with a deterrent that they will respect? The huge amount of violent criminality being enacted in this country (much of it by our immigrant population) is being encouraged by our political class and our judicial system. Until someone changes it the murder of police officers and others will continue.

Biggest Jail Shake up in 60 years!
Justice Secretary, Chris Grayling, is announcing the biggest shake up in jails for 60 years in an effort to curb a lifestyle that most honest working families could not begin to afford! So what will this entail?
Well amazingly he will stop prisoners watching SKY Sports in televisions in their own cells! What!? When was that nonsense ever introduced into prison life? He may go even further and not even allow televisions in cells!
Then he may not allow them to wear their own clothes and may even introduce 'drab, grey, prison overalls'. I can just see the 'prison reformers', probably paid for by the European Union', gnashing their teeth at this monstrous outrage. It is after all a massive breech of 'Human Rights' to deprive a prisoner of his/her own clothes even though most of them have committed a plethora of crimes to even qualify for prison.
However, even worse is to follow. The right to use 'pocket money' (they get pocket money?) to buy toiletries and sweets could be curbed. I just wonder how much 'pocket money' they actually get and where can they buy their toiletries and sweets? We pay for these luxuries everyone!
Now the next one is hilarious! Gay couples may not be able to share the same cell and may (wait for it) be even moved to separate prisons! It leaves me with the image of a guy lying back on his bed watching Manchester United, in his own clothes, chewing a Mars Bar, smelling sweetly and stroking the head of his lover.
Finally Mr Grayling proposes to disqualify any prisoner from early release if he behaves badly. Well now that is pretty revolutionary! So of course I can see why these decisions could be challenged by special interest groups. What he has actually done however, is to highlight why we have so much crime in our society. He has highlighted that under the Labour party our prisons became luxury holiday camps and the Coalition has so far done nothing about it.
The cost to the hard pressed public must be mountainous in an era where austerity is a byword. There is not one reason why the prison population would want to be returned to society and every reason to believe why they cannot cope once they leave their swish cells, lose their pocket money and possibly their love life! Mr Grayling will have to go much, much further before he will be applauded by me even though he is making a much needed start.
He may even begin to suggest that drugs are banned and that the staff begin to guard the prisoners! Someone recently suggested that a large number of honest, hard-up, pensioners should exchange places with the prison population so that they could achieve a life-style which in modern society is not available to them. Until Mr Grayling badgers the PM and the EU to reverse this trend then the criminal will not have no reason to fear prison life.

Plea Bargaining in the UK?
Yesterday I commented on the plight of the SAS Sergeant who had been sentenced to 18 months in a military prison at Colchester for importing an Iraqi pistol illegally. Today his father spoke out on SKY news and intimated that his son had been a victim of 'plea bargaining'.
This has become a major part of the American legal system and it means that if you plead 'guilty' you may get a much reduced sentence. If you do not plead 'guilty' and get found 'guilty' then they throw the book at you for being uncooperative.
I cannot believe that a British army military court would use this method of extracting a conviction and if they did is it legal? I admit that I am speaking from a platform of legal ignorance but there is so much slithering going on in our courts which would not have been tolerated years ago that I think it should be challenged.
I don't yet know how this case came to court. The pistol arrived in a box packed by Sgt Nightingale's mates. Apparently he did not open it for 2 years. He intended to present the pistol to a museum.
So what was wrong with a wrap on the knuckles for a technical breach of the rules? He has served for 17 years and is an elite soldier so why is he being treated in this abysmal manner? I still believe that there is an underlying reason for this sentence because it is blatantly unfair!

Why Can't We Change the System?
I was appalled listening to the Chief Constable of Greater Manchester explaining that bail conditions were very strict and could not be altered. Why not? He seemed more concerned about protecting the idiotic system than he was about the deaths of his officers. He calls it the 'normal course of police work'. If I was in his shoes I would be hopping mad that this system almost insists that dangerous criminals are released back onto the streets even though all the evidence suggests that it is madness.
There is much hand wringing but nobody in authority seems capable of reversing the softly, softly approach that has made our society unprotected from villainy. It must change! Every time another law officer is killed the perpetrators are known to the law. Most of them had already been identified as dangerous and yet time after time they are allowed to wander amongst us unnoticed.
We must fight back! We must toughen up the system. At the moment our police on the streets are so vulnerable. They have little support from the legal system and at this very moment I would bet that Dale Cregan is sat somewhere smugly accompanied by a well briefed lawyer being treated with civil respect.
I know that the line police officers are sick of catching thieves and then seeing the courts releasing them back into the community. The people at fault are the senior officers who are quite happy to sit back quietly accepting a system which place the rank and file at risk but do not threaten their pensions.
I now hear that if they want to continue to question Dale Cregan then they must have permission from a judge to extend the time limit up to 96 hours. If they cannot nail him inside that time then he is released! Don't tell me that Cregan's lawyer does not know that!
Who on earth thought this up and why are the senior officer's not protesting? It is ludicrous!
What will it take to introduce a legal system which is fair and not one skewed towards the criminal? Why can we not find one senior police officer to want to protect those in danger? Are the politicians really happy with our officers being killed in the line of duty? What has happened to common sense?

Why Are We Surprised?
Why are we surprised that two, young, female police officers have been slaughtered by a maniac in the outskirts of Manchester? Why are all our leading, modernising, politicians now wringing their hands and protesting about a barbarity that they have caused. They are just as much to blame for the deaths of these two women as the perpetrator himself.
For the past 50 years the establishment has weakened the justice system to the point where there is no justice for victims in Britain. Everything has been geared towards 'understanding' the criminal and 'rehabilitating' the criminal.
To hell with the victim, to hell with the general public, to hell with polite society let's just keep rewarding disgraceful behaviour until we get to the point that grenades are thrown at female officers in broad daylight in Britain!
Let us just reappraise the situation! In most instances in this country the police respond to crime. They have long since been dissuaded from preventing it. They no longer have a connection with the public when they are on duty.
When they do catch a criminal that person enters a system which at every turn fails to recognise any crime he/she may have committed. Criminals in Britain must commit many many crimes before they are incarcerated. When they eventually receive a jail sentence it is invariable slashed as part of a rehabilitation programme. Most are out on the street, unknown to the public, long before they have completed half their sentence.
We have seen some shocking examples of weak judges in this country. They appear to look for any reason to excuse the criminal and completely ignore the victim. Criminals routinely walk out of court laughing at the law.
Despite this our prisons are full. Many are full of people who should not even be in our country. There is a dangerous reluctance to deport foreign criminals in case we contravene their 'Human Rights' which has been used by every lawyer in the country! We can find any excuse to deport a patriot, even those who have served with the colours, but foreign criminals often escape scot free.
Then we have our prisons. Reportedly they are riddled with drugs which inmates can obtain freely while they are allowed unbridled use of luxury items. I often wonder just what the prison officers are doing? There are many reports which maintain that the inmates are running the prisons. Whatever else it appears that prison is not the deterrent it should be. Some prisoners probably live better on the inside than they do on the outside which cannot be right.
So there is nothing to deter a would be wrongdoer from committing a crime. No regular police presence, weak sentencing and soft prisons have combined to produce a criminal fraternity who care not a jot for the law. If the killer of the two police officers today knew that he was going to face a length of rope or a long spell on a mosquito infested Scottish island I don't think he would have lured them towards his guns and grenades. He did it because frankly he just didn't care!
UPDATE: Now we discover that the likely killer was already ON BAIL for MURDER! When will these people learn?

More Whitewash!
The decision yesterday by a police internal disciplinarycommittee to 'sack' PC Simon Harwood for his unprovoked attack on Ian Tomlinson back in 2009 during the G20 riots comes across as yet another police 'whitewash'. Using this process that they set up Harwood gets to keep his police pension because he has never had a criminal conviction.
Does this mean that he can now join yet another police force because he has done that before? Following an earlier display of violence he was allowed to 'retire' on medical grounds before joining Surrey police. He then returned to the MET by transfer. I just wonder what it is about Simon Harwood which makes him such an attractive candidate for the MET and why nobody wants to convict him?
Following on from Hillsborough one has to come to the conclusion that there is a cancer within our society which makes the police bomb proof. Now I know that we cannot tar every policeman with the same brush. I know a few personally and they are by and large great characters but...in a case like this, which is proven, then the assailant should walk away with nothing. In fact he should not be walking away.
We have got to make an example of them. They have a duty of care to the public so when one of them does something stupid then the public must witness them punished. This particularly applies to Hillsborough where none of the conspirators should escape. The names of the guilty are already in the public domain. Those alive have generally made a good living following their decisions to tamper with the witness statements. I hope that they, once again, don't escape what they deserve.

Hillsborough may be the Gateway to Uncovering a Deep Rooted Cancer in our Society!
The extent of the lies, the cover up and the depravity of the police with regard to the Hillsborough disaster is shocking everyone! We have all known for many years that the police have been corrupted and are no longer 'Dixon of Dock Green' but the extent of their misconduct is clearly unbelievable.
This could run and run because so many policemen must have known that there had been a cover up. So many must have realised that their personal account of the events on that day had been doctored. Why did they not come forward?
What kind of culture exists within the police force that criminal activity is actually accepted? What kind of hold have some senior officers on the force that honesty cannot be contemplated? You see most of us know that this corruption, this very rottenness exists! We are not stupid because there are far too many examples of police corruption and far too many examples of cover ups.
Suddenly they have been caught red handed with their mucky mitts in the cookie jar! So now we know what is accepted let us slowly rewind to the death of Jean Charles de Menezes at Stockwell Station. What happened there? Why did all the CCTV tapes suddenly malfunction?
I tell you what Hillsborough could be the start of something that is so huge, so sinister that it could reach parts that Heineken could not reach. I have a feeling that in the higher reaches of our political society bottoms are beginning to tweak. Hillsborough is the beginning...none of us know where it will end...fear is in the air!!
Yes!!!
PS My apologies to a certain female Assistant Commissioner of the Metropolitan Police Force...however she was actually in charge of the Stockwell fiasco and then got promoted. Have another glass of wine dear...this has got a long way to run before it gets to you!

Suddenly a lurch towards the Public!
Everybody knows that we the public have been ripped off for years where fuel and food prices are concerned. Suddenly the government have decided to investigate the price fixing of the fuel companies. In comparison to any other European countries the Brits are always ripped off. We are the soft touch and the oil companies are taking advantage.
The problem is that our politicians who should be representing the public are in the main bought and paid for because they have done deals with their paymasters. It does not matter whether they have accepted money from Murdoch, Tescos, BP, Esso or any other of the multi nationals because it would now appear that every MP has been bought up.
Politics has become an industry. The colossal amounts involved would corrupt a saint so we have to accept that with the odd exception our politicians are tainted. They all have an owner. They are only accepted if they are corruptible. That actually means that the local selection committees have also been corrupted. They are only accepting people who will comply with the orders of the multinationals (New World Order).
Make no mistake there is very little democratic principle left in the United Kingdom. Our politicians scoff at democracy. The only reason that they address any of our concerns is because they may lose a vote or two. They care not a jot for you and I but the Tories are under pressure. They may lose control. The useless Labour plebs are actually beginning to gain an advantage in the polls without actually articulating a policy!
That is modern politics. If they keep this up one or two of our useless judges may come under the spotlight. We might even have a justice policy which favours the victim! I am amazed that the Leicestershire couple who defended their home with a shotgun have been released! Tony Martin was not released he was jailed! What is the difference?
After all you have a very attractive wife and four strapping burglars are breaking into your home! What would you do? Of course you would let them do what they want because you don't want to be arrested for well what... 'over exuberance'. In fact you actually do what the guy did... you shoot the bastards! He actually shot them in the legs (well they survived) when I would have blown their heads off and smiled as I was sentenced.
Then we have the peach of a judge... Bowers who actually thinks it takes courage to burgle so he won't jail the criminal? No wonder Cameron is panicking! He is in charge of a lunatic asylum created by his political opposition which he has failed to change.
You see when you owe your platform to an owner and not to the public then it is difficult to do the decent thing. Cameron is in a hole. He cosied up to the Murdoch Empire and he also has other academic loyalties that means he is not free to do the right thing. He owes too much to so many people and he is our Prime Minister!

Should we Trust the CPS?
| Isimeli Baleiwai and family |
I do not believe that high ranking members of the Murdoch Empire will ever be jailed. It will not happen! They do not sacrifice their own so it is quite an exercise in public scrutiny. Once again the lawyers will benefit as these Murdoch disciples appear before a sideshow which has no relevance.
More importantly we have a case of a Fijian soldier who served in the army for 13 years being forcibly removed from the UK on a spurious (Home Office) decision. He is of course likely to be loyal to the traditional British way of life and so is an undesirable where the modernisers are concerned. He was featured this morning on the 'Wright Stuff' but they still refuse to recognise the Home Office agenda. The British cannot bring themselves to believe that the Home Office mandarins are effectively...how do I put this... not batting for the country!
The CPS enjoy publicity but hardly ever come through with justice. They also promote high profile cases which cost fortunes but rarely bring results. The CPS are not what those of us want in this country to guarantee justice.

How do we Reverse the War on Youth?
For almost five years now I have been expressing my thoughts on modern British society. I have commented on the endemic corruption which has invaded Britain. It is everywhere and in the past thirty years none of our governments has ever tried to reverse it. Ever since we entered the Common Market which was engineered by a despicable Prime Minister, Edward Heath, our national sovereignty has been usurped.
Since Heath we have only had one Prime Minister truly batting for Britain and we all know that Margaret Thatcher was deposed by the europhiles in her party. Since then the traditional Conservative Party has been in the hands of well, frankly, communists. The so called centre left has invaded The European Union but they are not centre left they are far to the left.
The corruption has spread to all our traditional national services; those services which the tax payer relies upon to protect their interests. Look at the police, the fire brigade, the civil service and more importantly the legal system. They are all under the influence of the PC brigade. Their raison d'etre has been undermined by a unknown influence which cannot be identified. It is a hidden presence buried into the background of our traditional culture. Everything that has been the bedrock of our society has been wrecked by this hidden presence which continues to invade us all.
So where are all heading? We have a largely wealthy older generation who all of their lives have paid into the national pot and are now receiving pensions which the younger generation can only dream about. These old people are living the life of Riley because they have paid for it.
The youth of this country have been let down by a ridiculous education system and now they are being invaded by an army of educated foreigners who actually speak better English than they do. Many of them have manners and recognise responsibility and so these incomers jump into every decent job that appears on the market. They know what is required and nobody has told our kids how to conduct an interview.
The result will be a burning resentment which exploded in the riots of last year. Thousands of dysfunctional young people descended onto our unprotected streets and destroyed a variety of businesses. Many of them have since been jailed but will soon be back onto the streets armed with more knowledge gained from their time in prison.
One day someone will band them together and convince them that might is right. Our police will never cope, our army has been neutered, our legal system fails to punish the evil and our prisons achieve nothing so what will prevent an army of young people taking what they want. It can only be a matter of time.
When will the time comes that those of us who have bought our houses, raised families and contributed to society lose everything to feral gangs.
The young have no conventional future because it is being taken from them. There will come a time when they will have no alternative but to take what does not belong to them in order to survive. I know that this is a grim scenario but what else can the youngsters do? Even those gaining degrees begin their working life mired in debt.
Many are ignorant of conventional decency. they have been corrupted by a lack of natural justice. Their world has no boundaries and no direction. If we continue along these lines one day a gang will appear on my street and occupy my house and I will have no redress. We already have little police presence and no army so when someone organises the immigrant underclass then beware of the consequences. Unless we challenge the people supporting this war on the youth of today we have a very uncertain future!

The Leveson Inquiry
We seem to have been beleaguered by inquiries and committees since the start of the year. Almost all of our leading political, police and press representatives have been questioned about their integrity. Time after time resignations have been tendered and even now resignations and even jail sentences are facing some of those who have been forced to admit their indiscretion.
The whole political structure in this country is rotten to the core and the public know it. At every inquiry the dodgy, so called elite, are rolled out and their dodgy secrets are exposed. First of all the Met police lost not only their commissioner but also their 'star performer' Yates of the Yard who was so cosy with everybody he would never have achieved a conviction. No wonder the cash for peerages investigation died a death.
Then we have the Leveson Inquiry where clearly people are lying on oath. Well I reckon that most of them are but Gordon Brown was hilarious! Almost every political journalist was gasping at his evidence. This man who, at the behest of the Labour Party actually became the Prime Minister of this country gave the performance of a lifetime. Of course we all understand that he or his cohorts NEVER briefed against Tony Blair.
I have blogged about Gordon Brown on many occasions but now I must confess that I am of the opinion that he is a sick man. The problem is that the establishment does not challenge him. He is allowed to spout his nonsense (as is Tony Blair) because they aspired to be Prime Minister of the UK.
Many people believe that Tony Blair is a war criminal and yet he is never challenged. He attends inquiry after inquiry and yet he smoothes his way through and NOBODY gives him a hard time. He must have many powerful friends.
So onto the position of the Culture Minister, Jeremy Hunt, another public schoolboy in league with News International who our current PM is trying to keep in position because after Mr Hunt he is next in line for the firing squad. Of course at PM's Question Time we don't have any national problems.
They ignore the problems of our financial system, the state of our forces and our membership of the EU. So at PM's Question Time Labour led on the position of the Culture Minister! Wow! How narcisstic is that? When will they deliberate the problems in Syria? When do we challenge our relationship with Europe? When will they challenge the JusticeTraitor Minister on his ridiculous sentencing and the ludicrous practice of tagging is exposed as being yet another example of weak justice.
Tagged criminals are routinely relaxing their tags to continue their criminal activities and nobody is catching them. They are being allowed to continue with their lives when they should actually be in jail. Criminals are being bailed when they should be jailed. We all know it but then Ken Clarke has an agenda to bring the society of this country down. Time after time this member of the steering committee of Bilderberger is installed into key positions where he can do maximum damage.
When David Cameron appointed Ken Clarke to the position of Justice Minister then I immediately realised that David Cameron was a wrong 'un! Nobody who has the welfare of the British public at heart would ever, ever, appoint Ken Clarke to any position of authority. David Cameron is NOT a Conservative and neither is Ken Clarke. They have been elected on a false premise but then so have so many others.

Accountability within the Justice System
We are regularly informed by the mainstream media that career criminals who are apprehended by the police are routinely granted bail and then released to continue their criminal practices. There seems to be no rhyme or reason behind granting bail to violent criminals but when things go wrong and members of the public are assaulted or killed as a result nobody is accountable.
Recently the police arrested a career criminal who had been sentenced to 8 years in 2004 for stabbing a householder during a burglary. He had been arrested, wait for it, for a sexual offence and assault but the had also been charged with theft, trespass and possession of cannabis! How on earth does someone decide that this person is safe to be on the streets? Clearly he is a danger to the public and of course he was because now he is being hunted suspected of committing two murders.
So who made the decision? What were his/her reasons? Will he/she ever again be allowed to grant bail to anyone after such cataclysmic errors of judgement? The answer is that whoever made the decision cannot be held accountable. We don't know who they are and very likely they are making the same decisions today.
Until someone brings back justice to the justice system then this country will continue on the downward spiral into an abyss. The criminal club which today includes the perpetrator, the police and the legal profession (but rarely the victims) appears to flourish across the land with criminals being given every benefit of the doubt imaginable. Will anyone challenge it? Don't hold your breath!

Is UKIP on the Move?
I have long since lost faith in the accuracy of the prediction polls. I have never been asked my opinion on any election and a random straw poll of my friends and relatives confirms that nobody else has been canvassed for their opinion prior to an election. So the news that UKIP has stolen ONLY 10% of the people who voted Conservative at the election comes as a surprise.
All over the blogosphere I see people defecting from the Conservative party. The Tory grass roots have lost faith in David Cameron and his europhile, socialist supporting Cabinet. I therefore suspect that the defections are considerably higher than being reported. The people are waking up! They thought that they were getting rid of Gordon Brown and his loony left and have discovered that they have just elected a different version. NONE of the promises of the Tory election manifesto have been followed up.
I admit that the British electorate are complacent and to be honest, not well educated, but most of them still have inherent decency. It is almost impossible to destroy centuries of tradition by indecent government. The people still know that rule from the European Union is indecent. They recognise as each day passes that our society is under attack. There is never any good news.
The students pay too much for their 'education' and cannot get jobs. British companies are being sold off. We cannot even harness the mass of water which falls on our country! We are famous world wide for our inclement weather and yet we now have a drought scenario.
Our justice system has degenerated into a joke where those prisoners who have eventually deserved a prison sentence are treated better than our elderly who have paid their taxes all their lives and in many cases fought for the country.
Some hospitals are allowed to treat their patients with contempt. Medical care has never been better but compassion is at an all time low not only in the NHS but also in companies charged with caring for the elderly and infirm in their own homes. The profiteering from care for the elderly is a national scandal as each 'carer' is 'timed' and 'managed' until they no longer care or can care.
We must return to traditional British values. We can only do that if we vote for a body of people who campaign on traditional British values. We have tried the union funded and driven Labour party who had 13 years to ruin the country and probably succeeded.
We then returned to the Tories who in the 1990's we could not get rid of soon enough and so far they have demonstrated that they are incapable of joined up government. They have actually abandoned every one of their core manifesto promises. Every promise that they made which gained them 'a share' of government have been abandoned.
The LibDems are worse! They are communists in disguise. They are much further to the left than the Oxford educated toffs who lead the Labour party because they are so committed to the European Union and they actually want Moscow to reappear in Brussels which of course it has.
I cannot forecast the future. I have no crystal ball but I have my hopes. George Galloway played a trump card because he had researched the Muslim passion. We need an English Messiah. Someone who can carry the public into the next election on a wave of national hysteria (where is Princess Diana when you need her?) but more than that we need the public to recognise that the major parties are actually poison for most of us!

Secret Justice
I have often posted about the malign agenda that our Justice Secretary, Ken Clarke, appears to promote. His ideology often contradicts British public opinion and coincides with almost everything that emanates from the European Union. Personally I cannot think of anyone worse to uphold British Justice but his latest plan to extend a 'secret court' system in this country almost beggars belief!
As usual the excuse for this absolute mockery of justice is 'damage to the public interest' rather than 'to cover up government incompetence'. It always make me smile when our europhile politicians propose measures which in effect curb our freedom but are always about 'public interest' or 'democracy'. The minute someone like Ken Clarke or Nick Clegg mention the word 'democracy' then I know that they are about to propose yet another threat to the British way of life. They are not 'modernisers' for nothing!
They are hell bent on turning this country into East Germany or North Korea or ... well any country that prefers totalitarian government to democracy. I just hope that we have enough politicians in Westmonster who are prepared to stand up and expose this nonsense but I would bet that David Cameron won't be one of them.

The Leveson Inquiry
| Deputy Asst Commissioner Sue Akers |
The accusations are flying thick and fast but when someone of the standing of Sue Akers has to admit that there is evidence of police wrongdoing then we should all sit up and take notice.
The parade of 'celebrities' that have taken the stand in this inquiry and the amounts that News International has paid out in 'compensation' illustrates that phone hacking appears to have been common place even though the people at the top deny all knowledge. I find it very difficult to believe that people who revel in power and control really did not know what was happening.
I think it would be foolish to deny that the police and the press should have some contact but the depth and extent of the contact between the police and the press in the UK seems to have exceeded all reasonable bounds. It would also appear that the press also penetrated many levels of public service. In many cases large sums appear to have changed hands.
I think that the public have become cynical with the conduct of the British police. There are far too many examples of poor behaviour by members of a force often lacking in empathy and common sense. The public are also wary about the conduct of the press who often harass people unmercifully when seeking a story.
I do wonder what will now happen now that the cat is out of the bag? Will anyone ever become accountable for this poor behaviour? Will we ever see court appearances? I'm afraid the current climate would indicate that once again the facts are in the public domain but nobody will have the political will to ensure that the guilty will be punished. The stench of corruption is almost becoming unbearable.
