I cannot believe that Sir Norman Bettinson, who clearly interfered with the Hillsborough enquiry, cannot be prosecuted. The group who have fought tirelously for justice for their relatives who died at Hillsborough apparently because of police failure, have always maintained that he was central to their problems.
In the meantime he was promoted and rewarded. Then when the heat was projected onto him he simply retired and grabbed his gold plated pension. Now they say he cannot be prosecuted because he resigned before he was researched.
Come on now, if he committed a criminal act and it now appears that he did then what has his resignation got to do with justice? The Hillsborough tragedy was a major story and the relatives of the dead have long maintained that the police were culpable. They also maintain that police reports were corrupted and the name of Sir Norman Bettinson has for a decade been prominent in the accusations that this happened.
Now he has been indicted by an enquiry and yet he escapes prosecution because he opted for early retirement. That is not justice!

Plebgate!
The Andrew Mitchell saga is taking some very unusual twists. It has already embroiled Number Ten as he was after all the Chief Whip who the PM was forced to sack. Now the Chief of the Met, Commissioner Bernard Hogan-Howe, is also getting embroiled as he has entered the fray by supporting the original statements of the police officers who were allegedly threatened by the former Chief Whip.
The whole affair is becoming so convoluted that it is difficult to know who to believe and who the public can trust? Clearly a police officer has apparently committed a misdemeanour by claiming to be a member of the public and penning a false witness statement. Why would he do that?
But then there was CCTV evidence that has subsequently emerged on news programmes showing quite clearly that there were no 'visibly shocked' members of the public witnessing the confrontation between Mitchell and the police at the gates of Downing Street. So the original log written by the officers concerned, supported by the Met Commissioner, was also false.
Why has it taken so long for the CCTV evidence to emerge? Surely that would have been the first evidence to be scrutinised? Perhaps it was and the PM has known all along that the police statements were false. Have the politicians been playing a waiting game hoping to flush out members of the Met who were stitching up the politicians?
Whatever the facts something is amiss. Apparently the Cabinet Secretary investigated the incident albeit, in hindsight, not very thoroughly. I have no sympathy for Andrew Mitchell because I remember his performance as International Development Minister and anyone who loses his temper so readily that he swears at the police has no right to high office but who is behind the campaign being waged by the MET?
Recent events seem to suggest that the top brass at the Met appear to be very 'accident prone' and the the Police Federation made huge capital out of the incident. So the issue appears not to be 'who is telling the truth' but more about 'is anyone telling the truth'. It does not surprise me that so many organisations so expertly infiltrated by Common Purpose are now in disarray. It is nothing short of shocking!

The Police
I am becoming increasingly concerned about the actions of our police. We used to wonder how the people tolerated the actions of forces like the Stasi, the Volkspolizei or even the Gestapo for that matter but increasingly the actions of our law enforcement officers are causing concern.
Today in the Daily Mail (as ever) they report outlandish behaviour of the police and of course nobody is culpable, Nobody is punished and nobody loses their jobs.
This comes hard on top of a report that hundreds of police who have been guilty of misconduct are being allowed to resign in order to retain their pensions.
Then we have reports that some police in the United States are also guilty of behaviour which is contrary to any semblance of lawful regulation. Watch their behaviour...they are out of control and we in a democratic society cannot countenance this behaviour. An innocent woman was forcibly stripped by a mixed force! It could be any of us and they always predict that what happens in the States soon appears on our streets.
We must be aware that the police should be accountable to the public not to the politicians. They are absent from the streets. Criminality is rife. Where are they when the thieves are able to desecrate war graves for metal? Where are they when our kids cannot walk the streets safely? Where were they when the riots occurred? Clearly we, the general public, have been abandoned to any fate which might just happen to us.
Beware folks...we are rapidly becoming the Soviet Union/East Germany and nobody in Westmonster is challenging it!!

Another Police Apology!

This has gone on for far too long and it is high time that their rules of conduct were changed. Of course that is not what the Political Class want...if they dumb down the Education system, pervert the Justice system, overextend the Benefit system and ignore any subsequent public outcry then they are the only winners! Simple innit!
In the meantime they roll out the short straw senior copper with his piece of paper where 'don't forget to apologise' is underlined! Disgraceful is too nice a word for them!
UPDATE: I have just been watching the pathetic attempts of the senior plod put up by the police on BBC East Midlands to explain how they allowed a savage to kill the mother of his child despite eleven attempts by the girl to get help! I have never heard such utter gobbledeegook. His officers are now watching DVD's to help them recognise domestic violence! He spoke about 'risk assessments' and 'managing effectively' and gave the impression that he had digested the whole political correctness manuel but frankly would not know how to react to save a life! More will die while people like this are in charge!

Police brass...again!
I could not believe this story about the top police brass called in to carry out 'an international crime fighting mission' in Grand Cayman. What a ridiculous indictment on the culture of the top police brass. How come that every time they have 'an international crime fighting mission' then it is in the Caribbean? Look at them! Now I do realise that in every job people need 'down time' but when we were in Northern Ireland in the seventies and eighties we were never all off duty at the same time.
These top officers have demeaned the police service. They have been made to look ridiculous by their complacency and arrogance. If they really were competent police officers then surely they had seen the press presence? What a trio of wallies! Back home within the force they will never live this down.
They went on 'a jolly' at public expense but had the idiocy to announce beforehand that it was 'not a jolly'! What planet are these people on? The very minute that the Chief Constable of Merseyside announced that he was swanning off to the Caribbean with a couple of police mates they were a target. The minute that he announced this trip the entire press corps must have been alerted that a coup was on the cards!
I cannot believe that they allowed themselves to be photographed... but then what else can you expect from people who are cushioned by their allegiance to the Political and Bonus Classes.

Wait for it...!
It is interesting that the young people from Enfield have decided to protect their own area. Similarly the Sikhs are on the streets protecting their temple. We have consistently been advised that the vigilante response is not necessary but obviously the public don't believe the politicians.
I have never seen such a threat to the Political Class. They have had a clear run for almost twenty years and during that clear run they have ruined the country. They have all failed to improve the education system. They have encouraged a degeneration of moral values. They have presided over mass immigration and a total breakdown of law and order. They have actually encouraged the destruction of the British legal system. We have had to witness the politicisation of the police, the soft sentencing policies, the lack of prison places and the loony sentencing by the judges. On top of that they are releasing hardened criminals with less than than half of their sentence served.
Now all their disgraceful policies, courtesy of the EU, are coming home to roost. They stopped us disciplining our kids. They stopped us smacking them. Every time we tried to discipline the kids we were told that it was illegal. We have seen parents losing their kids just for being normal parents. We have secret courts that take kids from their parents. Teachers have been left without any form of discipline. If they dare to chastise anyone they were hauled before a board of governors. Every governor carefully selected and vetted.
Now we have created a class of kids who, unless they have good parents, believe that they can do as they like! This is what is happening... they have no fear, no respect, no education because they are actually feral. Their parents are feral, their friends are feral so they completely do not understand what civilisation is about. Feral kids are ruling the roost and it is absolutely and utterly down to the elite socialists who have brought this country to its knees.
I have blogged about the injustice in this country ever since I began this blog. Now the Greater Manchester police spokesman says he is 'sickened' by the violence (on SKY now) but he and his ilk created it!! They are responsible for the feral kids hell bent on destroying anything. They created them, they supported them and their diversity classes ensured that they could not be touched! Don't moan now you bastard! Get your girls and your social worker coppers out on the streets to face the the consequences of the policies of the Political Class.

The Police ... again!
I shake my head yet again as I must return to the subject I have visited 20 times in the past. Yesterday came news that the Chief Constable of Cleveland and his Deputy had been arrested along with a female legal advisor on corruption charges. This after an investigation by officers from the Warwickshire force.
It is my opinion these charges must be very serious when a Chief Constable is arrested. The effect on morale and the adverse publicity is so damaging.
Hard on top of that 5 officers from the Greater Manchester Force have been sacked for 'inappropriate behaviour' whilst searching a house. What are these people on? Why do they believe that they can act like morons? They are supposed to be role models for the young and above superstition but we are increasingly beginning to suspect that many are thugs in uniform.
I am still trawling through the careers of police officers who graduated from 'Common Purpose' with their indoctrination matrix. It is very interesting to see how their career progressed after graduation and what jobs they aspired to. Clearly the females who gained their matrix have generally done best. It would appear that there has been a huge drive to get females into top positions in the police force.
The Greater Manchester Force is beginning to rival the Met for scandal. An Inspector Mohammed Razaq has been arrested for 'perverting the course of justice' and another Asian superintendent applied for a job with South Yorks police and falsified his application form! These are just a few of the incidents that make the mainstream media and so far I have just reached the letter 'D' which of course included Cressida Dick from the Met.
I suspect that these stories will run and run because we are recruiting the wrong people for the wrong job!

The Police ... again!
Today a police officer was told to leave the court in Leicester after the judge saw him listening to a voicemail message! Do they not know the law? Have they no regard for fair play? Are they actually out of control? Are the British police above the British law?
Questions really have to be asked about their conduct. The Coalition government should really tackle this anomaly because the public have concerns about the conduct of the police. We have many concerns! When Robert Peel formed the first 'Peelers' with their emphasis on the protection of the public he could never believe that in the twenty first century they would purely be a weapon guarding the state.
Remember how we used to mock the East Germans? How could they submit to a totalitarian state? It would never happen in Britain! Well it has! We are in the hands of
a socialist state just like they were in East Germany. Forget the terms 'Conservative' or 'Liberal' they have conned you at the ballot box. I blogged many times that unless you forgot the Westmonster parties and voted for minority groups then you risked your freedom.
The Police force today is just like the Stasi or the Gestapo. They protect the government and refuse to protect the public. I don't blame the beat bobby but I suspect that they know their role in our society. Their hierarchy have their orders and that is why we have the Territioral Support Group (TSG) because they are the modern stormtroopers.
I regret that the police today are out of control. The prisons are in the hands of the inmates and the Justice System bows to the European Human Rights Act which has corrupted our law belong belief. A country which does not have a fair criminal justice system bears comparison to any banana state. This is what we have become. We are corrupted beyond belief.
Why cannot the British public see what is happening? Two reasons! The young have been dumbed down! The Unions bully and the media...who are principally to blame.. feed everyone a constant diet of bullshit. The elderly have become selfish. Many of them have pensions which will never be repeated so they sit tight and frankly many of us do not have the energy to fight a fight which the young should be fighting.
One day somebody will emerge. This person will not be clinging to a left wing agenda. This person will be a patriot and will possibly rally the people around the flag of St George. God knows I may live to see it happen!

Further proof....
No sooner had I posted my opinion on public servants earning over £100,000 and not serving the public than further proof emerged on the stance of today's police force. We all know and fear the presence of 'travellers'. No group in our society is more out of control and no group in our society is more protected by the police.
Everywhere they go they cause trouble and cause damage. Councils must spend millions clearing up after them and we have all seen the aftermath of a 'traveller' site. The filth and degredation is usually appalling and inexcusable. Confrontation is futile but when faced with people cutting down your trees for firewood then you must do something! What you shouldn't do is dial 999 and expect assistance from those people who are paid to assist you. They won't and don't and what is more you will be punished for expecting that help which you pay your taxes for. Here is the proof.
I suspect that somewhere there is an edict from the EU which prevents the police from confronting the 'traveller' and actually protects them from the law. There can be no other explanation can there?

Ancient Law and Our Law...
For some time now I have been directing passers by frequently to the Captain Ranty blog as he continues to expose the deceit upon which are courts are based. From time to time the legitimacy of our courts have been challenged by individuals (who I think have got a lot of courage) which led to the Birkenhead protests on 07 March where protestors 'arrested' the judge.
Down in Torquay another challenge took place where a guy called Max Cann used ancient laws to defend himself against motoring offences. He was locked up for his troubles (it is all on YouTube) but the court case was recently held and is reported here.
Mr Cann turned the court inside out by referring to ancient laws and walked away scot free. They didn't know what to do with him! His story is here. It is difficult for someone like me to understand how we could have corrupted the justice system in this country to such an extent. However, when we actually take the time to examine the system and challenge it then up pops all this fraud.
I sometimes think that the only place that we can discover the truth is on YouTube because the mainstream media (particularly the BBC) misconstrues the truth alarmingly. The reports on UK Uncut are a prime example of this. As usual the truth appears on YouTube. The modern camera with the facility to video is a wonderful tool and is demonstrated here.
This is happening all over the land. I will leave you to draw your own conclusions.

UK Uncut
They are licking their wounds. They now know what they are up against. Recently I did this guy an injustice so I am trying to repair the damage. It has also transpired that the female Chief Inspector who 'lied' to the Fortnum and Mason 'invaders' may just have believed that she was telling the truth!
A witness overheard a conversation between a senior police officer and, what shall we call him... a riot control officer (you know the guys who dress like Hitler's brown shirts only their shirt is black) and it more or less confirms that the ordinary chief officer was overruled when he tried to release the people from Fortnum and Mason.
That begs the question...is the ordinary bog standard copper being superceded by a political force. After all they knew that no damage had been done and nobody had been hurt. It was almost a classic peaceful demonstration (which of course cannot be tolerated) so on whose orders were the demonstrators kettled and arrested? What did it matter that a female officer had been branded a coward and a liar?
I have a theory...you will be surprised to learn. I believe that the EU people who are trying to subject the UK to a socialist future are trying to instigate an event whereby the people eventually attack our own police. Of course that cannot be allowed to happen so then they will deploy their bully boys... sorry armed bully boys. Already they allow any violence, any destruction or any display of aggression. However they come down hard on all the reasonable protests because it encourages an escalation of violence.
They actually want 'UK Uncut' to ally with 'Black Bloc' and form an unholy alliance from which they will manipulate a confrontation. The Fortnum and Mason action illustrated that the ordinary police officer is expendable. They will be pitched into the front line and sacrificed purely as an excuse to bring in the European armed force.
Just remember that we used to have a British Army which could be deployed in a civil emergency. This army has been deployed elsewhere... in fact it has been deployed elsewhere ever since the parliamentary Labour party came to power. They do not want any form of military power close to this country when push comes to shove.
This is a socialist conspiracy to get us to react so that we can give them an excuse to arrest us our children. The ordinary police officer will be sacrificed on the day to fulfill a political ideal. I know that I am a nutter ... but just watch... and if you are a copper then get ready! If you are UK Uncut ... then full marks and good luck! You will need so much courage!

The Police apologise again...!
Once again a senior police officer stands in front of a TV camera and apologises for the ineptitude of his force. This happens time after time and clearly there is a malaise in our police force where diversity is more important than competence. This is the case of Delroy Grant who over a period of 17 years preyed on the elderly.
I read that the police had him in custody at one time and let him go. I just wonder how much of this had to do with his skin colour? Just how deep is the reverse racism in the police force? How many old ladies would have been saved the brutality and indignity of their attack if 'old fashioned police methods' had been employed.
I also believe that it is an insult to the victims that the incompetent prats who bungled their investigation were punished with 'words of advice'. Just what do you have to do in the British police force to be sacked! The consequences of their actions were so grave that they could not be excused. I despair....!

Our Police....!
Hardly had I blogged about our twisted police culture then this happened!! Now come on who is in charge of this? Who sanctions this as best use of police time? Who can possibly justify this nonsense particularly when our society is under such threat.
It is almost like a joke... how many police officers does it take to control a rogue dog? How much shift time can we waste on a useless project? How many officers can we deploy on a waste of time? Is this a quiz?
The answer quite obviously is that not only is the Chief Constable incompetent but also that so many of his senior officers should be top of the heap when the P45's drop on doormats. I have no sympathy for people who so shamelessly have abused their position. We should sack so many of the useless politically appointed zealots but I bet the Coalition cull will leave many of the in position.
The state of our Police Force is a national disgrace. They have been rendered useless and they have accepted their fate far too readily. Dixon of Dock Green must be spinning!

The British Police
I watched PM's Question Time today and raised my eyebrows when David Cameron said that we had a 'world class police force'! I just wondered how many members of the public would agree with him?
Before I proceed let me first say that when my son was killed last year in a tragic road traffic accident the police that we met were very good. The two policewomen who broke the news to us could not have kinder. In Scotland the two police (one male and one female) allotted to the case were professional and sensitive. We really appreciated their concern. My son's ex housemate is a policeman and he is always considered one of the family.
So what are my concerns with modern policing? I think that political correctness, Health and Safety regulations and the socialist diversity issues are making policing on the streets almost impossible. Their job, if done properly, is risky. They face danger and that danger cannot be dissipated by legislation. People are people and the police must try and enforce the law. That means they have to have every available back up. They cannot cherry pick their arrests, they cannot decide when and where they patrol and above all they must be even handed and fair.
So today I stumbled across The Ranting Penguin blog and he had addressed the problem. He has randomly collected press reports on the police to highlight their ineptitude. Some of the cases highlighted were ridiculous and this is my concern. Who is directing these loons? Why are they not being disciplined for lack of common sense?
I often visit the Ranting Penguin but if you don't like colourful language you will have to take my word for it. There are far too many cases of lack of judgement for comfort. Too many cases of cowardice, too many cases of bullying and too many cases of prejudice against the indigenous population.
Our police are far too often ....not a world class force!

The Modern Police
Is it just me or is this hunt for Raoul Moat becoming faintly ridiculous? This modern police force led by a woman who comes across as someone who is so far removed from the image of a competent copper that it is almost amusing. They have nominated someone who has decided that he will talk directly to Raoul Moat through the media. It is like something from a very bad 'B' movie!
We have a whole police force dredging through the countryside with automatic weapons, terrorising a peaceful community and not one sighting of the fugitive. They come across as clueless. I have the feeling that most of them are terrified because this guy has declared that he actually wants to kill them.
The risk assessment, modern, police force is looking what it is... not up to the job. Don't get me wrong Raoul Moat needs to be caught and soon but... I get the impression that he has slipped through the net and will strike again the very minute that they drop their guard.
I really hope that I am wrong and I will apologise if they get him tonight. However he is a really large, powerful guy who is instantly recognisable. Once again the justice system in this country is getting what it deserves! This time however the people who prop it up may eventually regret their stance.

The Policing Pledge
I keep seeing adverts on this political gesture called 'The Policing Pledge'. The so called 'Policing Pledge' is interesting because it highlights all the things that the police should be doing and do not. We in Leicestershire know all about this because apparently Leicester is the city with the worst crime record in the country!
This multicultural nightmare is also one of the lowest in the Education ladder. It goes on and on and we all know it. There are some areas in Leicester where one can play the game 'spot the white face'. I am not denegrating the immigrants because I do not blame them for coming to a 'promised land'. I do however, blame the NoLab politicians, who encouraged them here and then left them to fend for themselves.
We could not afford the influx of these immigrants because they came from all over the world and we could not even afford to give them the police protection because frankly the police reneged on everything that the 'Policing Pledge' advocates. We had the case recently where a woman and her daughter were so desperate about bullying that the mother set fire to their car and committed suicide.
If that was not sufficient to provoke resignations and we were assured that the police would react in future. They were frankly lying because yet another case has emerged in Blaby where out of control teenagers made life hell for families and requests for police assistance were surprise, surprise ignored!!
This 'Policing Pledge' appears to ignore the City of Nottingham and there was a case in Loughborough recently where every police presence in the town was diverted to a brawl in one pub.
The 'Policing Pledge' is a political trick. They are spending millions on covering their tracks. They obviously know what they should be doing because the 'Policing Pledge' covers it all. They cannot do it because NoLab have destroyed our police force and replaced them with a neutered, politically correct, scared to act, useless set of pseudo police, who even if they caught a criminal (Ha!) do not have the physical strength to detain them.
I know that is a sweeping statement and that we do have strong policeman but they are vastly outnumbered by the fat, female, weak, gormless individuals who patrol our streets. One of whom recently pulled up in her car and asked me directions to the local police station...aaaagh!
