Newark What Now?

It is difficult to understand the level of deceit and downright criminality practiced by so many politicians.  Following on from the expenses scandal when so many were outed but very few punished for practicing the black arts of false accountancy it is difficult to accept the behaviour of Patrick Mercer MP.

I do not believe that any journalist goes to the trouble to organise 'a sting' unless there is a very good chance that they will get a result. Consequently one must come to the conclusion that someone had pointed them in the direction of Patrick Mercer.

However, in the murky world of 'Westmonster', he is allowed to 'resign the whip' and continue to enjoy the perks and privilege of office  when in effect he should be gone and facing criminal charges.

This leaves us with the result that the citizens of Newark are now not represented effectively because Patrick Mercer can no longer be trusted. So far I cannot find any evidence of a forthcoming by-election!  I can understand that the Coalition would not want another too close to call by-election but surely it should be inevitable?

Patrick Mercer should not be allowed to continue to 2015 with or without the whip.  He has been filmed asking for £1000 per day (outrageous) to table a question on behalf of so called lobbyists. He knew it was wrong so he has no excuses. Get rid of him and give UKIP another crack at breaching the barriers of Westmonster. It is only a matter of time. 

The Spaniards are also on the Streets!

We have seen the Greeks rioting on the streets of Athens. Now we see crowds rioting on the streets of Spain. I cannot believe that our mainstream politicians continue to pour money into the toxic European Union  when they must know that failure is inevitable.  

Every mainstream politician in this country supports the European Union and yet we can see that it is a toxic brand. Today it is Greece and Spain but how long before the economies of Italy, Ireland, Portugal and even France are affected?

So then what is left? Well I guess it is the UK and Germany. Germany is the manufacturing capital of Europe with a very strong economy whilst we here in the UK cannot in some areas afford public toilets.  Try telling the Germans that they must close public toilets. 

So what is the conclusion? Do I need to spell it out yet again? Our only option...OUR ONLY OPTION...is to get behind the only party who has promised to remove this country from Europe. No that is wrong they are the only party who promise the people a referendum on an IN/OUT vote on our membership if the EU.  So most of us generally have no option than to vote UKIP!

If we do not get this referendum then make no mistake; we will eventually join the Greeks and the Spaniards because we will be starving. Our pension system will fail, our energy generation will fail so that we will eventually be brought down into some kind of Euro gutter. We will also continue to spend all our resources to keep an unelected cabal in power.

I know... put your hands over your ears, shut your eyes, gag your mouths because you are personally bomb proof! Just ask yourselves what would you do if suddenly you did not have your pensions?  Your pension money is being actively distributed anywhere else other than to you! You think that I am barmy! Think On!

Andrew Mitchell has illustrated the contempt that the Political Class has for the police, never mind the public and he is the Chief Whip! Andrew Mitchell is, according to reports, lying through his teeth and yet David Cameron is happy to keep him in position which probably sums up the Political Class. They care not a jot for the plebs!

Do we need to march!?

As the people of the 'affluent' west continue to see their living standards eroded by corrupt politicians and bankers I begin to wonder how much the people will accept before they say 'I am fed up with this'! What will it take before the masses suddenly begin to understand that they have been totally ripped off by the New World Order? 


As the economies of countries like China, India and Brazil take off into the stratosphere the 'old guard' of world peace struggle to meet their debts. The people are being systematically impoverished. Old fashioned 'Law and Order', old fashioned 'Fairness', old fashioned 'Morality' have all been under attack from a silent and secret foe which is attacking the principles of 'Christianity'. 


So as a pawn in this power game what can I do? How can I retain a semblance of sanity when all round me I see devilment. I am not a 'believer' but I do recognise the difference between good and evil. The basic principles of Christianity has served us well for centuries. The ten commandments have always been the building blocks for any decent society. 


How far will we, the public, allow the elite to descend into the abyss before we say 'This is not right'? What will it take before we have to defend our children, our property and our meaningful lives from well almost any threat?  Who is protecting me from the foreign invasion? OK so far it is not a direct threat but look at the London riots last year when the police melted into the background.


How long will it be before the banks apologise for losing your money? How long will it be before your pensions cannot be honoured? What will it take before you realise that you have been screwed beyond your imagination and your life is valueless?


I know you will think that I am a nutter and I seriously hope that I am wrong but this is the direction into which we are heading. I know that you all believe that in our society it could not happen but I remember the 1950's. In those days we had never heard the word paedophile and all children played happily, without any parental control, in the parks and streets.


In those days many men went to work in a hard, physical, environment and brought home a regular, guaranteed, wage packet. Thousands had a camaderie that served us well in two World Wars. Mum stayed at home and was always on hand to stabilise the family. Loyalty was the code and if anyone broke that code then they were dishonoured. The only people who ever broke that code had money and attended universities like Oxford and Cambridge (and still do).


If anyone had told me that the society of the 1950's could have been dismantled to such an extent that by 2012 criminals could commit over 200 crimes before they were jailed I would have scoffed. As you know I could continue with many examples. So if I say to you that we must reverse this trend because if we don't then one day you will be forced to barter so that your family will avoid starvation would you listen? 


If you continue along these lines someone will steal your house. If we continue along these lines some of you will beg for water in a country that has more water descend on it than almost any in the planet. The directors of these public utility companies would prefer to take millions in bonuses than mend the leaks and you accept that!


If you continue to believe that you are in 'safe hands' and that the Queen is still your monarch then I am sorry but you will deserve all that you get. Angela Merkel has more authority than Elizabeth Windsor. Get used to it! If you don't like it then change it or at least challenge it. We are the public and we can change it and challenge it. We can do it in any which way that we want. We can switch on and do it through the ballot box or we can get real and do what we have to do. 


We pensioners have power but we just do not believe it. If you want to save the nation then we must only do one thing we must ....MARCH!

The 2012 Olympics

I am almost incandescent with rage! Now that takes something special because at my age rage should really be avoided. Rage causes stress and stress for the elderly is a condition which must be avoided at all times. So what has brought me to this critical point of my life and I will direct you towards the Olympic Games.

I am an avid sports fan. No that is too mild because I am almost obsessive about sport. I am even more obsessive about the Olympics because I have glued myself to the television at every Olympic Games since... well I remember watching the 1948 London Olympics at the cinema with my Dad.

So when we 'won' the Olympics for 2012 I was pleased. At my age I was probably too old to apply for tickets but nevertheless I thought it was good for my country. Then the jiggerypokery began! Lord Seb Coe who was a magnificent athlete and a dreadful person led the British bid and in my opinion was, for the public, the worst person possible and for the Political Class, the epitome of their dreams! 

Under his leadership a more corrupt scheme for the allocation of tickets could not have been devised. What was left over was offered to the public and to get any kind of ticket they had to register a credit card and had no idea what kind of ticket they would obtain!

I mean can you imagine this happening in any other walk of life? You will pay up front but you do not know what ticket for what event you will achieve. It was a nonsense and two thirds of the public didn't get anything at all and that included parents, friends, advisors, coaches or personal sponsors. I could not believe what was happening but then where were the good tickets going? What was happening to the 'golden' tickets  and now we know.

For months we have seen corporate bodies advertising Olympic tickets as prizes for their sleazy competitions. Now today the crunch has been uncovered. OUR GOVERNMENT spent three quarters of a million pounds of OUR money in securing the BEST tickets for government supporters, civil servants, quango queens and well anyone who is in 'the club'.

They defend their scandalous corruption by declaring that these government officials will 'pay' for their tickets! Oh goody so these servants of the proletariat will actually pay for the 'golden' tickets but who will monitor that? Who will ensure that the 'club' members actually pay for the very best Olympic tickets or will we through our taxes ensure that the most corrupt people in our society get the best seats?

How long are we going to put up with this utter  corruption?They are spitting on us the public and they don't care. They have corrupted the Olympic Games and no matter what happens now they have corrupted and ruined the 2012 Olymic Games. Only our Political Class could achieve that. The trumpeting of the journey of the Olympic torch will never diminish the scandal of the distribution of the tickets!

Criminal Justice

I see the recriminations and the political blame game has erupted between the police and the politicians.  David Cameron has apparently at long last realised that some senior police officers are playing their own political game and unless he does something about it the electorate will blame him! Do you know we might just have some reason to thank the stupid, young criminals who caused the riots because they exposed the senior police officers to charges of incompetence.

They were so busy analysing their own positions and the reaction to their reaction that they forgot that people were losing businesses and criminals were running riot. Their failure to respond immediately meant that they failed everyone. They failed the public (as usual) but more importantly they failed their own front line officers many of whem knew that they should be responding.

Now David Cameron is proposing to talk to a top American cop who has already cleaned up the gang culture in his local town. Predictably howls of rage from the top police brass. The BBC have wheeled in uniform after uniform raging at the politicians for not backing them. Not a hint of contrician that so many people lost their homes and businesses.

The truth is that our whole criminal justice system has to be reformed if we are to return to being a civilized country again.  Initially we must return to a uniform presence on our streets . The young offenders must begin to fear the law again.

Then we must punish offenders. No more light sentences, short sentences, ASBO's, warnings or community orders. At the moment criminals and more importantly young offenders don't respect or fear the law and they laugh at magistrates who have so many constraints placed upon them.

Then we must revamp the prisons and put prison offices back in charge. Get rid of the luxury goods and keep the lawyers away from the prisoners.  The complete system must be reformed so that the public and the victim is considered before the 'rights' of the offender.

Until David Cameron imposes himself on the criminal justice system then he will fail. Tinkering at the edges will not be sufficient. Margaret Thatcher had to confront the unions but Mr Cameron has a much more difficult job because he almost has to tackle everyone in the criminal justice system.

He would however emerge a national hero and would probably be the Prime Minister for as long as he wanted if he brought sanity back to the nation. Finally beware of those who are echoing the words 'knee jerk'; they are only defending a system which brought about the recent riots.

Words, words, words...we need action!

I am listening to Ed Miliband as he drones on at the emergency session of Parliament following the riots. How can he conveniently forget that it was him and the Labour party who have created the conditions under which this criminal culture was allowed to thrive. It was the Labour party who opened our borders and failed to control the incoming numbers.


It was under the Labour party that education failed the children. It was under the Labour party that the welfare bill spiralled out of control. They were the people who encouraged young girls to have babies without the knowledge or background to tend for those babies. They created the 'nanny' state and the government sponsored ghettos. They allowed the town hall fat cats and the quangos to flourish. They took the police off the streets and politicised the Civil Service. They signed away our freedom to the unaudited EU and they took us into two (in my view) unneccssary wars.


The record of the Labour party from 1997 until 2010 is lamentable if not downright criminal. Even now they are using these riots to score petty political points. The one aspect of their politics is clear...they never have any policies which benefit the paying public. Every aspect of their political game is of benefit to the Criminal Class or the Bonus Class. Nothing is ever done which would benefit the humble taxpayer and even now it was the taxpayer who suffered in the riots when the police stood back and allowed the rioters hours of freedom to plunder the shops.


The first job that the PM must do is to instruct the senior police officers to deploy their officers onto the streets in force every day. They must patrol the streets and the parks and get closer to the kids who are running out of control. They are far too distant from the public. They are refusing to protect the public and never was this more evident than during the London riots. What the riots have done is demonstrate how weak their performance has become. Many bloggers and to be fair many front line police officers have complained that the senior officers have their own political agenda. It must stop!


It is time for the words to cease. We want action from our politicians. We the public are demanding change. We must bring order to the streets. Then we must bring order to the classroom. It will of course be obstructed by the odious trade unions (who back Ed Miliband) but the PM must take them on and defeat them! The big question is ...will he?!

One year to go....

So on this day next year the London Olympics will begin. As usual the government publicity machine, the BBC, is playing it up wheeling out all their former athletes who are now  BBC presenters to crank up the excitement. Only one presenter however, dared to ask Lord Seb Coe the burning question...'did he feel that the public were disconnected from these games?'  As usual His Lordship gave the predictable response and politically pointed out the 'legacy' that the Games would leave.

Fifty per cent of the buildings would be converted to 'affordable accommodation' after the games. My question is what about the other 50%? Who will be making money from them? The ticket allocation still rumbles on. Clearly the British public were all but excluded from the glamour events by a cockeyed system that demanded payment but could not guarantee what you would be allowed to see. This was a good way to fill up the more mundane events but who wants to watch a football match between two obscure nations?

I hear that the parents of some of our sportspeople have not managed to get tickets for the very event that their sons/daughters are in. All these years of support and this is their reward. It could only happen in Broken Britain.  I have blogged before that I am an Olympic fanatic, I love it, but this ticket scandal has tarnished it for me. I want to see the Taxpayers given a fair deal but I reckon when those in the shadows are compelled to walk into the sunlight and take their seats we will see who managed to beat the system.  You can bet quite heavily that they will be senior police officers, NHS executives, quango members, politicians and Town Hall fat cats. The very people who always beat the system.

It would make an ideal crusade for an investigative journalist. The headline could read 'So who did get the Tickets?'

Milly Dowler - yet another police apology!

The conduct of the police and the court authorities in this high profile and distressing case has been nothing short of disgraceful. Her family have been put through the wringer by the defence counsel who should feel ashamed of his conduct. He should also be severely reprimanded In this country the victims are continually being harrassed and they must put their lives on hold to get justice.

Once again the police have been shown to have been culpable and frankly incompetent. Once again they have issued an apology. Personally I am sick of them apologising. I want them to do their job and if they can't (and too often they can't) then they should be sacked. The problem is that the modern police force had been politicised and clearly this has affected competence. If the system becomes corrupt then effectiveness is flawed.

The useless coppers know that most of them will be protected as long as they don't rock the boat. Levi Bellfield should have been caught months before but as usual the criminal was given the benefit of the doubt (no doubt he was also called 'mate').

Milly Dowler will always be remembered by her family but she will be remembered by the rest of us for judicial incompetence.  Just remember however, you voted for the people who appointed most of them so you share the blame!

Further proof....

No sooner had I posted my opinion on public servants earning over £100,000 and not serving the public than further proof emerged on the stance of today's police force. We all know and fear the presence of 'travellers'. No group in our society is more out of control and no group in our society is more protected by the police.

Everywhere they go they cause trouble and cause damage. Councils must spend millions clearing up after them and we have all seen the aftermath of a 'traveller' site.  The filth and degredation is usually appalling and inexcusable. Confrontation is futile but when faced with people cutting down your trees for firewood then you must do something! What you shouldn't do is dial 999 and expect assistance from those people who are paid to assist you. They won't and don't and what is more you will be punished for expecting that help which you pay your taxes for. Here is the proof.

I suspect that somewhere there is an edict from the EU which prevents the police from confronting the 'traveller' and actually protects them from the law. There can be no other explanation can there?

The Pension Problem

I am really quite fortunate because I worked during a period when the pension system in this country was defined and guaranteed. Of course I am now retired and my preplanning is keeping my family solvent. I have never been someone who is awash with cash but I sympathise with those who are nearing the end of their working lives and now must suffer because of the greed of the Political Class and the Bonus Class.

Now my blogging brother 'One Foot in the Grave' who I have actually never met has posted what I consider a really immense post on the subject. He has summed up the problem so well that it is so difficult to praise him too much! David Cameron should really visit this blog because Julian sums up what we all feel. Why are we suffering for the indiscretions of the bankers and the socialists?

Why can't we find a party who will rid us of these criminals? The reason is that the three main political parties in the UK are all in thrall of the EU. David Cameron and Ed Miliband may face each other every Wednesday across the despatch box but they are actually sleeping with each other. It is a sham! David Cameron 'flashmanned' away a request  by David Bone on Wednesday at PM'S Question Time by declaring that we will change the EU from within.

What an utter load of bollocks! He is part of the illegal EU system... fully paid up and bought. He is in the Ken Clarke school of rather pink Tories. They have hijacked the Tory party in the same way that Blair hijacked the Labour party and Clegg has hijacked the Liberals. They are all socialist Europhiles and actually, according to the people who are in 'Lawful Rebellion', traitors to this country according to Article 61 of the Magna Carta. 

We the Paying Class should never be held responsible for the excesses of the Political Class, the Bonus Class or the Criminal Class. It will not change until you get off your arses, get on the streets and threaten them! You should not be losing money in order to pay the bankers millions in bonuses. It will not change until you march!

The people who got off their backsides and protested in Birkenhead on Monday have paved the way. We pensioners have nothing else to do and we could at least try and protest for our grandchildren.

Just remember what we could do with the money that we squander pandering to the EU and throwing Foreign Aid at people who don't need it, don't really want it and will just waste it anyway with their many wives shopping in Paris!

Inflation and our Foreign Policy

The British public are being robbed blind by the Public Service cartels and NOBODY is looking after OUR interests! Officially inflation is at negligable levels as bank interest rates reflect but unofficially it is going off the Richter scale!

Fuel prices escalating, rail travellers facing huge increases and across the board we are all facing a blow to our income with the increase in VAT. That means alcohol will rise and so will everything else. This may mean nothing to the people employed by quangos in the Bonus Class or to the Political Class but it is serious for the Paying Class.

It is particularly difficult for the people that have occupational pensions who daily see their spending power eroded. These are the sane and sensible who ensured for their old age and are now being cheated by the Political and Bonus Classes by their manipulation of the inflation rates.

I tell you folks until you protest...until you physically demonstrate against the Political Class then you will continually face a squeeze on your spending power. You are being taken for granted. You are being ignored. You have no representation at Westmonster because all they care about is their own largesse.

You will pay and pay and pay until you can pay no more. You will get no reward because your money is flying into Europe where it disappears as quickly as you pay it, it flies into the pockets of the Bonus Class and flies (apparently) to subsidise despots in places like the Congo, Sudan and Somalia.

There is not one MP who is prepared to stand up and speak for you! They posture and pose but in effect they have been bought and paid for and you won't vote BNP so you have nothing to grumble about. What will it take before you respond? What will it really take before you realise that you have been taken for a ride? When will you realise that they are laughing at you?

They are all actually acting a part in a huge game which enslaves everyone. They know that you are scared to challenge authority because that is how you have been reared. We don't do that kind of thing. The British have always been slaves. Our (great) grandparents hurled themselves against the German trenches and died in their millions, our fathers died in the same way in a war against Adolf Hitler and today our children are dying for a war that nobody can explain in Afghanistan.

Why do we constantly go to war? Why should we be the people who lose our lives? Do you see other European countries sacrificing their young for a political war? No you don't because we are the stupid people. We are the put upon. We are the people who are the easiest to manipulate, the ones who swallow the propaganda, the people who meekly accept the political indoctrination without question!

We have become uneducated idiots and we always accept our fate. We deserve what they decide we will accept. We are the British!

The Prison System!

Will the Political Class and the Bonus Class never learn? Between them they have concocted up a prison system which rewards the Criminal Class. The Criminal Class on the other hand will never appreciate how grateful they should be because generally they don't think... they just react!

So despite the lack of control, the lack of discipline, the lack of any structure in their lives they have rebelled because somebody tried to breathalise them! They really don't get it do they? They actually should not have access to drugs and booze because they ARE IN BLOODY PRISON!!

In effect they should not have access to any form of self abuse but because the prison authorities and successive governments have caved into a liberal agenda they now believe that it is their right to dose themselves into a coma!

I will bleat on until I am blue in the face but prison MUST be a punishment! They will rehabilitate themselves if they want to. The Criminal Class should actually fear prison. Is that not the whole purpose of a reaction to crime. Only people like Ken Clarke, who of course has a totally anti British agenda, fuelled by his slavish acceptance of everything linked with the European Union.

Good old Ken has been attending the Bilderberger (Google it) meetings for a very long time and it would appear that his liking for the high life is apparently rewarding his performance.

In the meantime prisoners are allowed to rebel. Major crimes are tolerated by the penal system because we have so many foreign criminals in jail and we cannot get rid of them courtesy of the Human Rights Act.

So prisoners riot! We deserve what we get. We have allowed this monster to prosper and expand. Will the Political Class and the Bonus Class ever get the message? No of course not because it suits them to have a vibrant Criminal Class. The Criminal Class only threaten the Paying Class but one day they will threaten the Bonus and Political Classes! Then it will be too late!
